      **** has not made a purchase with our business since 5 September 2023.

      I get texts from this company/scam almost weekly. I have requested to stop. Ive even blocked and reported them from my phone. Yet I continue to get them asking me to follow a link to enter a contest. Their contests are scams, should be considered illegal, and this has come to a point where its absolute harassment. It is also illegal in the ******************* to text someone without their permission, especially if theyve requested dozens of times to stop messaging them.

      Good afternoon! Our records indicate that you visited our website on February 5, 2023 and input your information to receive our newsletter and marketing messages. I understand February 5, 2023 was nearly a year ago and you *** not remember inputting your information on our webpage. No problem, we keep incredibly detailed records of these interactions just for scenarios such as this. (see attached)

      I have also located the one and only email you sent asking to be unsubscribed. That email was sent on December 12, 2023 at 17:26. 17:26 is after business hours. The next business day, the phone number ********** was immediately unsubscribed. (see attached)

      There have been ZERO TXT messages sent to ********** since you asked to be unsubscribed. Is it possible you are receiving these messages on another phone number that you neglected to provide? Please note, replying "STOP", to any TXT message immediately unsubscribes that phone number from receiving future messages. "Blocking" or "reporting" TXT messages is not how you UNSUBSCRIBE. Please review the "Privacy Policy" that is posted on every page of our website. The Privacy Policy tells you exactly how to UNSUBSCRIBE. We would prefer not to spend money sending you messages if you do not wish to receive them.

      Please email ************************** and provide any additional phone numbers that *** be receiving messages. We would highly recommend using a legitimate email address when communicating so that our team can cross reference that information for details that you *** have not provided.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have received two more texts since the date you said you unsubscribed me. Last Thursday, December 28th, I took a screenshot of the text I had received. I have now received over a dozen of these texts over the course of the year and I responded stop three times and have reported the text as junk and blocked the remainder of the times.

      Further, the date you claimed I signed up, I fell victim to your scam because I am a huge Wrangler lover. I purchased entries and know for a fact I requested immediately after entry to not be contacted for marketing purposes ever again. As I mentioned, Ive done so MANY times, but your organization has ignored every one of those requests. Unfortunately, when I block a number, the associated texts get deleted. Id be happy to contact my cell provider and find the many texts Ive mentioned.

      lastly, you may be certified, but it is still a scam. I purchased a few of the entries in hopes Id win the jeep. Im not saying its a scam because I didnt win or that I believe you dont have a winner. You are a scam because selling entries to something that basically has those entries not only pay for your prize but also for your profit, is in fact a scam. There are many companies that do what you do, and its profitable, and they are all scams and should be shut down. Especially if you continue to send text to get people to buy entries for your giveaways after multiple attempts to have you stop sending these. 

      Again, the one screenshot I was smart enough to actually take was done two weeks after you claim to have unsubscribed my number, and this number is the only one I have. This proves you have no integrity in your word and your organization is a scam.

      ******* let me begin by saying thank you for your business!

      I have been personally responding to your emails since July 24th. You contacted us from an email *********************** that included a membership and asked that we cancel your membership, we promptly canceled that membership. You emailed again and said you were still being charged. We requested you provide any other email address that you may have used to make the purchase or the 6 digit order number. You did not respond.

      ******************************* is a very common name and is associated with a number of customers and memberships. 

      You emailed after another billing cycle, but again neglected to include an alternative email address or any additional information that would be helpful to locate your purchase. Our Cancellation policy specifically states that Members should email us from the email address associated with the membership purchase. (see attached) We attempted to assist multiple times but you simply did not provide the necessary information. I spent literal hours manually combing our database to find your secondary account/ membership. I finally found your additional membership and canceled it immediately (I even refunded your most recent $10 draft as a courtesy to you) 

      The most ironic part of this entire situation is that you emailed on July 24th asking for your membership to be canceled. You then revisited our website on August 17th (from your alternative email address petiole-***************** and purchased another membership! 

      Furthermore, in more than one response we explained to you that an account and a membership are vastly different. You must activate/ create your account to view your membership information. You had not created an account at that time. So I emailed a link for you to activate your BuiltUSA.com account, so that you can stay up to date on the giveaway and track your entries. You have now activated that account for one of your email addresses

      In your correspondence you specifically said "I am going to contact the better business bureau if this isnt resolved". Unfortunately, after we went above and beyond to "resolve" your issue you still wrote this BBB review.

      Good morning.  On July 27th AT 14:44, you purchased a $35 monthly Membership as clearly indicated at your time of purchase, during check out and in your confirmation email. (see attached) You even opted in to the MEMBERS ONLY BONUS.

      At 15:39 on July 27th you emailed Built USA stating "I already completed a transaction for membership and for an extra $35 benefit for $70 total" in this email we noticed you had incorrectly entered your email address. We immediately corrected your email address error and resent your confirmation along with a link to create your FREE Password Protected account. You logged in and created an account on that very day. Your membership is clearly noted in your password protected BuiltUSA.com account. 

      You reached out to Built USA on on September 5th inquiring about the charges to your account. We provided all of the information included in this response and as a onetime courtesy, we refunded your most recent draft and canceled your subscription so that you are not charged in the future.

      As stated in our Returns and Exchanges Policy, Memberships are not privy to refunds after being billed or fulfilled. You can view this information on our Returns and Exchanges(linked in your confirmation email), Policies page and FAQs.

      As stated in our Privacy Policy, Participants may receive up to 12 SMS messages a week. Participants are able to opt out of Marketing Messages at any time without affecting their entries or eligibility.

      I see that immediately after we sent you the text message stating who won the BUSA25 Giveaway, you utilized the UNSUBSCRIBE feature and opted out of further messaging from Built USA. (see attached)

      Built USA has been in the Giveaway business for 7 years. We are legally bonded and registered to do business in all 50 states. As noted in our Returns and Exchanges policy, we cannot and will not make adjustments after the close of the promotional period as that would be considered SWEEPSTAKES FRAUD! 

      Every prize winner is independently verified by our bonding agency, as well as, ********** of *******, ******** and ************. But how is that the case when these documents from their website state the sweepstakes is now invalid and unavailable to residents in ****************. They should be held liable to refund people in states that the gambling commission refuses to let them operate in.

He can utilize the "Contact **" form on our website or reply to the response we provided initially.

      Please note, we were notified by the **************** ******************* that any customer located in ********** is not allowed to spend money, for out of state giveaways, while on **************** soil. However, customers are able to cross state lines and place orders that are eligible to WIN. (e.g. a **************** resident may buy a ****** Lottery Ticket while on vacation and still be eligible to win the ****** Lottery after they have returned home)
      We took immediate action to protect our customers by blocking our website in ****************. Your Father's current entries have been validated, secured and will be included ** the drawing on May 22, 2023 if we do not hear from him before May 18, 2023!

      I talked with him and he said he doesnt want to cancel even though he out 4 million people may not win. And even if he doesnt he wouldnt be able to claim it because of his health and not able to travel right now. But thats his decision thanks for the information. I hope you can get your company on the right track with the gambling industry so you dont have to deal with stuff like this if you are legit :)

      You state that one way to enter is through No Purchase Necessary but you do not provide a way to enter for free. Nowhere is it listed No purchase necessary and every time I hit Enter, it takes me to order snd payment options only to spend money. This is a scam and not at all legit.Plus, you give your email address but no one ever opens nor reads the emails.Then I tried to reach out through ******** messenger and you refer people to your email address which is a joke. You should not be allowed to be present online nor on ******** because you are not legit. You are scam artists just swindling people.

      I see that you sent a Text message to the automated system on March 16th and received a response that included all of our contact information. The same contact information that was included in your emailed confirmation. Had you contacted **, utilizing the provided information, we would have gladly canceled your Membership immediately.

      As of today, I have canceled your Membership so that you are not charged again and as a one-time courtesy, I have also refunded your most recent $10 draft from April 5th.

      On Monday, 02/06/2023, our customer service department replied to ******'s email and canceled ******'s $10 order.

      Please note our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am -4pm EST.

      ******'s request for cancellation was received and promptly completed on the very next business day.
