I have bought 1 thing of ******* entires for 35$ after recovering text messages multiple times and even when you try to opt out of the bs marketing scam after realizing that they dont seem to be doing any giveaway of the gladiator or the 30,000$ cash , it seems as if ******* entries would be a c*** load considering every 5$ in only 5 entry , but Im sure tons of people have bought that package bdcuase its honestly ridiculous, but the giveaway ended on the 14th and still have not seen anything released about a winner or anything like that . Would love this to be me , no issues besides the very annoyance of the stupid texting messages. Lets see this giveaway actually happen and stop the over marketing of mass text message for entries in a giveaway that is very un realistic .Business response

I reviewed their ad on Instagram and initially decided to enter their posted drawing. It began to seem like a scam to me so I decided not to proceed with the entry. The company began contacting me by text and email badgering me to complete the entry. The email has an UNSUBSCRIBE button at the bottom but you CANNOT select it because it will not allow you to. I just want them to take me off their list and stop sending me communications of any type.Thank you,Business response

I thoroughly reviewed all of our email boxes, looking for any communication from you asking to be unsubscribed, I did not find any indication that you ever attempted to contact us directly. If you are receiving our ************ communications, please reply "STOP" to any text message from the short code ***** to have your phone number removed from the database or provide your phone number in an email to ******************************* for assistance.
Please note, aside from the functioning "UNSUBSCRIBE" button at the bottom of every email communication, there are 5 different areas on our website that guide you to our email, *******************************, for assistance. We also have a "CONTACT **" customer communication page on **************************.
We highly recommend vetting a website before entering your personal information online. Thankfully, in this case, you are dealing with a secure site run by trustworthy people, willing to help you when needed.

After opting out of text messages from this company they continue to send text messages. 1st text message 7/26/2021 at 6:40pm. OPT out message sent 7/26/2021 at 7:42pm. Received confirmation of OPT out at 7/26/2021 at 7:42pm. Received marketing text message on 9/21/2021 at 9:07PM. According to business law text message may not occur after 9PM.. Received marketing text message 9/28/2021 at 9:41AM. Received marketing text message 9/29/2021 at 5:00PM. Sent OPT out text message at 5:00pm Received OPT out confirmation at 5:21PM Received another OPT out confirmation at 5:21PM Received marketing text message 11/29/2021 at 12:39pm. This company has broken laws regarding communications by denying my right to opt out. Fair Trade commission allows me to sue for $1,500 per text message (willful violation). As of now I am entitled to payment of $6,000 plus court costs.Business response
