  I had 2 mortgages on my house, the first mortgage and a second mortgage, I paid off the second mortgage about 2 years ago, last year I decided to sell the house, when we went to close and the title company did the title search, they found the error what made me to to be able to close until the error was fixed, I called this company and they made me upload the documents in their portal, I did that but next time they where not there, finally they got the documents, but they still did not do anything, I hired a lawyer since they where not giving any updates and they sent a correction a week later, but they put the wrong information again, after I end the information of what was wrong and what was supposed to be fixed, notice this is a clearing title company, and they can not fix their own business, my buyer loan is going to expire next week and my title is not cleared yet. After I paid the loan they make a mistake in the satisfaction of the loan they put the book and page from the first loan when thy where supposed to put the second loan book and page, when they ent the correction, the book was right but the page was wrong. If I do not close next week I will loose lots of money, we where supposed to close 2 weeks ago, I paid for staging and it was until closing, I will have to start again from 0 to find another buyer and is going to be expensive again, all because a clearing title company did not do their job right the first time and they are not helping to solve the problem, and it keeps costing me money. Thank you very much for your help. We need a resolution asap, buyer is homeless they may have to find another place if this problem is not solved asap. If you see in the loan and the a satisfaction done last week still wrong, and thanks again.

The servicer provided instruction to process a corrective satisfaction of mortgage. The corrective was recorded in Monroe County, Florida on 2/24/2022 at BK 3156 PG 2448. A copy of the recorded document is attached for your reference. Please advise your title company of this information. Thank you.
