      I have started working for ITWORKS and I have made some orders but I didn't want to get too many orders done cause I wanted to make sure this company was true well over a month later I still have not got paid. I contacted the girl I signed up with and she goes "should have got an email" which I did not but I double-checked to make sure and nothing. She said well it could be another month then umm no I want to get paid I spent money to start this business so I want a refund this is not ok at all.

      I purchased Eye lash serum on November 25, 2021 for $76.94. It was then auto shipped on December 25, 2021. I started using the product on my eye lashes in Mid December, that's when I noticed my lashes on my left eye were disappearing. I called today to return the product from December, which is unopened and within the 45 days period in their documentation! I called and spoke with Rich and Andre they both said my refund would be 14.35! Then Rich tells me to go to the doctor and get a note regarding my loss of eyelashes! Ok, let me pay 225.00 office visit for a 76.00 refund, are they really that stupid! This pyramid company lacks all customer satisfaction and empathy for their customers! I called at 2:24 pm and at 2:55 they already reviewed my request and emailed me the generic so sorry your out of luck, we got ya!! All I wanted was the amount I paid for the product, nothing more! I was so looking forward to using this product. I'm so disappointed that the leaders show no concern for their customers after they have made initial payment. It Works would rather have me send this letter than make a customer happy! To resolve this problem would be to issue me a full refund. I'm available to discuss anytime at **********************

      On 1/10/22 how do you spoke with a independent sales agent for it works. I have our conversations through text message saved in my phone stating that I could cancel any time and she would make it to where I did not have to pay the $50 cancellation fee that she would take care of it in the system. Well I tried the product and I didn't like it and I messaged her about a refund and canceling the product AutoShip she told me I had to call customer service that I couldn't cancel because I didn't like the side effects of the product. I contacted customer service and they told me that I could not cancel unless I pay the $50 cancellation fee or until after my third purchase I informed them that the sales rep independent contractor said that she could waive that $50 cancellation fee and they said that is not possible so now I'm either stuck paying $50 or $70 for another whole month supply of stuff that I'm not going to use because I don't like it . So I just wanted people to be aware that these people are not honest people and be very careful purchasing product from them.

      I tried the ITWorks product to lose weight and they told me I could cancel after 3 months if it didn't work or I had any issues. After I started taking the product I noticed I was getting rashes. In spite of this I still stayed committed to the 3 month agreement with them. After 3 months, I contacted them and told them I wanted to cancel and no further charges out of my bank account and no further products. I called them. They agreed to cancel but this was a lie as they continued to send me the product and take money out of my account. I called several times and I feel their business practices are illegal. I would like my money back for the 3 extra charges.

      ITWORKS MARKETING (NOT ITWORKS DISTRIBUTION) I contacted an ItWorks distributor online while they fill people with just enough information to suck them in to believing they can start making money by advertising and selling their products and distributors getting a cash bonus for signing up new people. The information they give you is a lot of hopes and dreams of simple tasks to advertise products for sale. While needing a 150 dollar sign up bonus for training and start up kit I EXPRESSED my situation and how I couldn't spend that much if it was a scam or if I couldn't very soon make it back seeing as I WAS PAYING FUNERAL COST FOR MY 5 MONTH OLD DAUGHTER. But these Distributors promise so much that isn't true just to find out you need a monthly payment made for a personal website for your sales and documentation... giving automated pre-written statements for products and skeptic questions asked by potential buyers of these products. I believe this is a sort of SCAM feeding people just enough information to get them involved for their own gain and once paid, their way of training me to sell was to lie and manipulate people into buying subscriptions to the company and I think it is wrong. Especially how that lady took advantage of me after telling her my situation and hardship just for her to continue persuasively telling me the least bit of information until I paid my money and when I tell them lying and manipulating people into buying their products makes me uncomfortable and I don't like that she told me "that's not your problem keep prompting other people in Facebook messenger." So sad and horrible and people need to keep their eyes wide open and do not fall for this TRAP. it's lies and I also only got paid once since Oct 2021.

      I was talked into getting products from a distributor from It Works. I was kind of scared to order but was assured that the products were all natural and healthy. Well I have heart problems and my doctor doesn't want me taking the Thermofight pills or really anything from It Works. I placed a ticket to It Works ticket#********** and they are requesting that I get them a doctors note stating that I can't take their products. I think this is a violation of my HIPPA rights and I shouldn't have to do that. I just want to cancel my membership and not be charged the next 2 months. I would be willing to pay the $50 membership fee or whatever it is to cancel, I just don't want to pay for a product that I can't use.

      I purchased the products under the premise that I was signing up during a promotional period in which the $50 membership fee/3-month auto-ship requirement was being waived. Breanna was the company representative I worked with and this is the offer she gave me on 12/09/21 @ 3:38pm. I made the purchase that day due to the offer and my ability to purchase without the commitment or being charged a fee. I paid $139.82 on 12/09/21 for my order. After trying this product, I do not want to continue using it. I have asked this company to cancel auto-ship. The representative said they will "postpone it". I stated on their recorded call that I do not want their products, I don't want to be charged anything further, as advertised by their representative. I opened a ticket #XXXXXXXXXX/XXXXXXXXXX, requesting cancellation of the auto-ship and ending a relationship with the company with no membership fee being charged. I received a response from "************" advising me that I was obligated to keep auto-ship or be charged the fee, despite their distributors promotional offer. They closed my ticket. The representative opened ticket #XXXXXXXXXX to ask for my membership fee to be waived. I provided Ron, the agent with the texted information from the distributor, that advised me of the promotion.       I bought 3 months worth if there apple cider gummies to try. They sent 3 more bottles without my permission. The gummies don't work. I've tried contacting the sales representative Ashley R. but she's deleted me from messenger and Facebook. The company number won't allow me to talk to a person. I've written to emails with no response. I paid 126. And change. I was supposed to be able to get a refund if they didn't work. I wasn't going to, but now they sent more and billed me again. I want to return these, now.. 6 bottles for a full refund just for the aggravation and time it's wasted. Thank you. Please help me ******** ********

      I work in a Level 1 Trauma Center as an RN. I bought the weight loss gummies to help me lose some weight I had gained. I took the first dose the morning of 12-07-21., within an hour or so I was vomiting and had diarrhea. I was able to take some medication to calm it down. I took the 2 Ms dose around lunch time and the same thing happened. The medication did not calm it down a second time. A number of the MD's I work with saw how sick I was and attempted to help but nothing made it better. I am also a mom( widow) with two kids. I can't afford to go home sick so I had to stick it out and deal with this while at work. I don't mind spending money on a product but if it makes you extremely I'll the last thing you want is to exchange it for something else in their product line or keep it after taking 1 days worth and not being able to get your money back. The company is scamming people. They told me they understand people have " different results". All they do is read from a script not realizing individuals are getting really sick. If an anti emetic drug designed for cancer patients could not make me stop throwing up something is seriously wrong with this product.
