  ************************* / *** Marine stole *********** and my boat and trailer. I am unable to locate him and my property and money. I reported this to the ******** PD ********************************* a month ago but have not gotten any response. This scam / con by ************************* has been going on since November of 2021. I am not the only person this is happening to, there are other customers and employees as well along with tax fraud, embezzlement of customer funds, etc.

  There is no way for SRQ Marine Services, LLC and ************************* to respond to this fabricated complaint. We made a ******** post on April 17th of 2023 about our move from ********************************************* to *********************************************************** which would have given ************ and the general public plenty of time to be aware of our move.

  I am rejecting this response because: ************************* / *** Marine blocked me from their ******** Page / ************ so it was not possible for me to discover this nor was his attorney, *********************, willing to disclose in writing nor phone conversations. ************************* also never responded to any of my requests as well. This isn't a first offense nor accusation, there are others who preparing to come forward. The State Attorney has now agreed to and now opened a criminal investigation which will prove ************************* used client deposits for personal use, along with other various activities that fall under a Qui Tam Case. I also filed a Civil Case against ************************* / *** Marine for restitution.

  I am seeking restitution in the amount of $36,200 broken down as follows:
  
  $25,000 of the $30,000 in deposits paid which ************************* did not refund in February 2022.
  $8,800 to recover my initial investment in the boat and trailer and ************************* will be the new owner.
  $2,000 in legal fees.
  $400 in court costs.

  There is a notification on the internet, under our business's ******** account, regarding our address change for the entire public to see. ********************* works for me and would always be willing to disclose our business's new location where **************** boat still resides. My attorney knows of no investigation opened by the state attorney although we would be happy to speak to the state attorney regard **************** ongoing actions and accusations that we are trying to avoid him or not settle this matter. The restitution that ************ seeks we would never agree to but we are willing to return his boat and any unused deposits paid to *** Marine for the restoration of his boat.

  I am rejecting this response because:
  This is the same response you sent me from ************************* last time so I will repeat, He blocked me from the business ******** because I posted a bad review because of what he has done to me and my project.
  Once I started exposing *************************, he made up false allegations against me and has defamed my character to personal friends of mine.
  ***************************** attorney, *********************, sends emails that contradict themselves, full of grammatical errors as if they were written by someone without an education / law degree. Once he realized I was not going to be threatened by his nonsense he then pretended to make efforts to negotiate but nothing ever realistic and would not respond for several weeks and even nearly 2 months one time. ********************* attorney, *********************, emailed me with false allegations against me threatening to *** me over these made-up allegations yet has made zero attempts to do such, just playing games.
  Here is another example of how ************************* conducts his business in a fraudulent manner.

  I can assure you I have an active Civil Case open against ************************* /*** Marine LLC in Sarasota County and I have endless evidence and witnesses to testify. I will have my day in court.
  I can also assure you ************************* is under Criminal Investigation for various activities including fraudulent use of customer funds. 
  He has held my boat since November 3, 2021, along with $30,000 dollars in deposits I made and my boat is currently not usable and has been left out in a field to be damaged by weather and rain because he didnt reinstall the hardware to the hull required to protect it from the elements.
