    DO NOT REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS CHEATERS AND ****** WHO TAKE THE MONEY UPFRONT IN 2 PAYMENTS AND LEAVE YOU WITHOUT UNPACKING EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE FURNITURE. The worst company and I fell in sweet talks of one of the owners. They are cheaters and biggest crooks. They take 50% pmt at the start of packing and 50% before the unloading their truck at destination. I am a very sick person so I hired them for full service move meaning pack, move and unpack. They packed even the stuff I wanted to leave behind and the guy broke my medicine trolly, put it in a 44" high wardrobe box he says and have not found same todate. MY TIER 5 MEDICATION WHICH I RECEIVE ONLY ONCE A MONTH IS NOT FOUND YET. They are most unreliable and not dependable. Do not trust them at all. I am a 74 year old sick woman with many health issues and leaving alone and they really screwed me up good.

    My whole experience with All American Moving was a breeze. From initial estimate (which the owner came out to do personally) to moving day and beyond, I felt very cared for with this company. They were prompt to arrive on schedule and moved quickly even in the Florida summer heat. All my belongings were well taken care of and the movers were courteous. Will absolutely use them again in the future as well as recommend them to friends.

    At first everything was great, they were helpful, the move went well. And that’s where it stopped. When I got to my new place, there was a ladder missing, a curtain rod with 2 curtains were also missing, and my steam mop was broken in 2 pieces. I contacted Patrick on Monday after the move, and told him about the missing and broken items, you could just hear his demeanor change instantly, I was told to send a text of the broken steam mop, and a picture of the missing curtains. I did that, did not hear from them in 8 days, finally today I received an email stating they were sending me a check for 15.00 dollars This is what was stated in the email. The valuation was calculated at 25 lbs. for the damaged/missing items, (including curtains, a step ladder and a steam mop) which comes to a $15.00 reimbursement. Really. I have contacted my bank and have asked for 300.00 to be removed from my debt payment to them, for the cost of the items. They have done that and will be contacting the company. So if your considering using this company, don’t.. They will be all friendly until you make a complaint

    ZERO STAR RATING: Everything was good until the day of the move. The movers showed up late and were not up to the task. Additional charges added (not discussed) increased the original estimate by over 377%. Then there was the bait and switch hostage situation - I had to send funds to a different company via Zelle after they loaded my furniture and another set of funds to another company before unloading at my new home - which was done the following day due to the movers being late and deliberately slow. To add insult to injury, the company is refusing to take my phone calls or answer my emails to provide redress for damages to my furniture incurred, which the movers acknowledged. I spoke with a very unprofessional "Customer Service Representative" named Lala, who refuses to escalate my complaints and claims she does not have a direct manager - and that someone will get back to me. When I questioned who would get back to me and when, she responded curtly, "stop wasting my time," before hanging up.
