    We hired ******** Marcite to resurface our pool. Within several months of completion there were several cracks in the pool. Upon noticing the cracks, we immediately sent pictures to the company. The cracks were so large that they became holes in the surface of the pool. We didn't hear back for two weeks. When we finally heard back someone showed up to "repair". The took out the two affected areas and resurfaced them. Now, upon completion, it looks horrible. There are seams in the surface of the pool, looking worse than when we started. We have tried to get into contact with the owner of the business and he is ghosting us again. We would like some kind of resolution. First, we need communication with the owner. Second, we need the pool resurfaced, properly. If this isn't feasible we would like a full refund of the initial cost. As now we have paid to have our pool filled twice on top of the thousands of dollars paid to resurface in the first place (which hasn't properly been done).

    ****** Marcite was hired to resurface my pool with Aqua Blue Marcite and new tile around the surface of the pool.At first the pool looked beautiful. Job was finished 08/33/2021. I began calling and complaining about the blue color fading and becoming blotchy abut 6 months after installation. The job came with a 10 year Warranty!The installer - *********************** no longer works for the company due to the fact they do not stand behind their work.He gave me the owner's number ********************* as well as his email address - both of which go unanswered. I want to file a formal complaint against the company and would like someone to come look at and repair the color of my pool.
