True Test Rv, and its owner ***********************, performed neglectful work on my ** which caused hazardous conditions to myself and other travelers. He and his technicians failed to tighten bolts properly which caused a ubolt to come loose, and cause the axle to shift on the ** which shifted a tire into a leveling leg, causing the tire to shred. I contacted **** as they had just performed the work and he recommended a ** technician in the area I broke down. ****** came out, replaced the ubolt, tightened all other bolts and placed the spare tire on for $1000. I then spent the night in a tire repair shop parking lot, to purchase a new tire. Between lost time, tires and emergency road side assistance due to **** and his technicians neglect, I lost over $2000. I sent an invoice for the expenses incurred. **** refused to return my call or text messages for several weeks. ***** wife, ****** answered my call one day and advised they were not responsible and would not discuss the matter further. I am seeking compensation for expenses incurred due to their negligence.

Attached we have provided our invoice showing the work that True Test RV completed which **************** signed off on. Also provided is the invoice from ****************** which said business belongs to **************** himself, so when we were made aware of the situation, we then advised **************** that we would require an invoice from the company or companies used stating that it was due to faulty install of the Ubolt. **************** stated that his invoice should suffice. Original requested amount was ******* which he was unable to provide service/work orders for the work completed and he also told us the individual who towed him was busy and would get back to us when he could. As of today 7/23/24, we have not heard from any of the service providers to discuss what they feel caused the mechanical breakdown. True Test has been awaiting these documents to address the concerns of the customer accordingly.

Please note that when **************** picked up his unit from us we discussed the work completed which is all listed in detail on his invoice.  True Test RV is a business that stands by our work and in no way were we trying to avoid dealing with this customers concern.

I am rejecting this response because I have provided them all receipts from costs I incurred. In addition, copy of text messages in my efforts to have the road side repair send a copy of invoice - other than a paid receipt. I contacted the road side repair recommended by True Test RV.

Signing off on work does not mean it was completed properly.

****** the roadside repair technician and others I have asked have stated that properly torqued bolts would not have come loose.

I was hoping to resolve this outside of a court room.

    Sincerely,
