  DO NOT GO HERE, PERIOD. My husband scheduled an appointment online, 24 hours in advance, to have his tires changed and balanced. A $2500 job. It took this place FIVE HOURS to change and balance the tires. When he called to schedule the appointment they told him it would take an hour and a half (so he budgeted roughly 2.5 hours, since places like this typically run behind). Three hours in and the truck was on the lift and had not been touched. When he asked what was going on he was told that they typically recommend customers drop their vehicles off and come back. This was in fact NOT recommended to him and, since they told him it would be an hour and a half, he decided to wait with our five and two year old in tow. Even knowing that he had two small children with him, they made no effort to get him out any quicker. When he expressed his frustrated he was told "I understand" over and over again but given ZERO help or priority. You would think that staff would be a bit more empathetic to a dad with two young kids, but there was most certainly none of that. Once the job was done, five hours later, no discount was offered, either on this service or future services. Apparently they were short staffed. I've worked high stress retail jobs, high stress hospital jobs, I get staffing issues. This is why you set realistic expectations instead of lying about the amount of time a job will take. If he had known, we would have arranged to go together and drop the vehicle off on a day we could've made that happen. At the very least, they could have offered some kind of discount on the services since they did not meet the expectation they set for this service. We will not be returning, nor will we recommend this place to our large local community.

  Took my car in for a front end alignment and they tried to tell me I needed to upper arm controls or they could not do the alignment. That would take my bill from $167 to over &500! I declined and he said we can’t do the alignment because your car has what’s called a universal alignment and without fixing the control arms we can’t do it. I said no it’s ok I’ll come get my car. They wanted to charge me for doing the alignment saying they did a front end alignment?? I thought you said you couldn’t do any alignment without the upper arm replacement on each side?? Well now somehow it’s a miracle and they say they did! Car still pulls to the right! Owner lied straight to my face not a very honest business!! Beware!!!

  The reason for the bad experience was due to the misunderstanding with the Groupon that you had purchased. When reading at the time you purchase the Groupon the website lets the purchaser know that there is a waiting period before you can redeem. When the Groupon was purchased you wanted to redeem it at the time of purchase. Our staff at Tuffy attempted to explain that to you. Then you were complaining to Police officer that you were ripped off due to your tires not being rotated and how you knew this was the hubcap was still missing in the same location of your vehicle as when you arrived. The hubcaps are removed from your wheels and the rims with tires are rotated and the hubcaps are reinstalled on the same location as they were when you arrived. You were so upset that we were unable to get you to understand. The day before you were at Tuffy and requested Oil change and Tire rotation. When our technicians were in process of the service you told our servicing technicians that you only wanted tire rotation. So the technicians did what you ask and rotated tire and did not change oil. That made you VERY upset that day as well. Sorry that your experience was bad at our Tuffy location in Panama City Beach Florida.
