      The tech was supposed to install an unlocked i9-900k labor-free to rectify an already bad situation, and I was shown a picture of such a CPU in text messages and made sure to ask if that was the one he was installing. I was advised by a friend to do this. However, the installed CPU was a much cheaper i9-900. He flat lied no two ways about it. Additionally, I was charged $670 for the CPU and a 1TB SSD drive because the original 500GB HHD drive was insufficient. The Tech Guy claimed he would match Amazon's prices and provide free labor. However, I discovered the CPU discrepancy much later while doing software checks and, once again, upgrading the GPU to an Rtx-3080. The level of deception was beyond my expectations, and I possess records of our entire conversation, although I will leave it at this for now. I wouldn't have even posted this had I not found out he lied to my face about the i9-900k and instead installed the much cheaper i9-900. This was dirty and highly unprofessional. After posting this, I received a call from said tech claiming they were tricked and he didn't know what CPU he was installing. And basically, he told me it was my fault for not catching him, ripping me off. Please look at his text below and how obvious the real CPU looks before installation. This is so obvious it's funny. You have been warned you better watch him. He did this to someone who paid 3,000$ for a PC from them plus the extra money for everything after. This is more like a shady 3rd party Wish website than a reputable PC dealer.

      As stated on receipt (attached) parts were installed on 8-31-21. We were informed about this ordeal 23rd of February 2024. Informed the customer since its been over year we can't offer warranty/repair; however we are more than welcome to credit $200 future repair/upgrades.
