    I’m just wanting to settle this Matter at hand Currently ready to leave this place shores of Panama check in yesterday on 09/05/24 drove hours to get here. After a little time I spent in the room we started to notice that the kitchen stinks there stains on everything that’s a curtain or linen. Looks like the cleaning crew needs a good manager to check there work There’s dust and cobwebs on the walls. The carpet in the bedroom looks like it’s never been cleaned or vacuumed in its entire life and that’s not all this place could be nice and descent to stay. If they would actually clean it up!!! I’m just letting everyone know I will not be back here first and last time room 1503 ??

    I rented a room at the shores of Panama for July 11, 2024 . Our room was 1227. We were very disappointed in our room for the price that we paid. The room and furniture is dirty and so outdated. I have plenty of pictures It also had a weird smell. I called down stairs asking for another room. The women I talked to was not helpful in anyway!!!

    I book a room through Shores of Panama. My room was disgusting. The floors were so dirty my socks were black. The windows and bathroom tub had mold. I called management and complained. I was going to have to wait til the next day for anyone to help. I just went to Walmart and bought cleaning supplies and mopped the floors and cleaned the tubs.

    They shut down the damn hot tub every single night making me feel like we just got ripped off. The indoor pool and hot tub looks like a third world country with cracked flooring and standing puddles of disgusting water. The hot tub is barely even warm. The staff treats you poorly and not warm and welcoming. Definitely going to be giving our 4 vacations next year to another resort.

    You cannot even get up to go to the restroom without an employee at the pool removing everything....towels, bags, etc...at your pool chairs. I literally went to the restroom and was gone 5 minutes. Came back to all of my stuff gone!!!! I had to walk the pool 3 times with an employee to find where my belongings had been stashed. I asked the employee where my stuff was and he said "there is no reserving chairs". I explained to him that I went to the restroom and was gone 5 minutes and he looked at me and said "rules are rules mam"! SO RUDE!!!!!!! I literally do not think I will stay here again because of the unfriendly manner from the employees. Also, they give you a "paper" yes "paper" wristband for the pool that is supposed to hopefully last the entire 10 days during my stay. If it gets lost or happens to fall off, it is $100 per bracelet. Keep in mind, it's PAPER!!!! I looked on Amazon and can buy a pack of 500 paper wristbands for $14.99. That is completely absurd and ridiculous. Give me a break!!!! Horrible Horrible Horrible!!!!
