We have stayed here multiple times over the years, but this time I had to go down and talk to the manager, Chris about all the cockroaches we had in our room Chris told me he would pay to have my clothes dry cleaned later on that evening. Me and my wife went at came back. The kids said two guys came in and sprayed chemicals in the room so we left out and asked about clothes, he told me he wasn’t paying for anything and he did say they seen a few cockroaches in the room on the way home. All six of us fell ill due to the chemical he sprayed in our room without asking I’ve wrote Chris multiple times I told Chris he didn’t want to do it his way so now we’ll do it my way I’m requesting full . He has my name and number room 137 Chris asked why he should have to pay to have our clothes dry clean well I paid you $2400 for four nights and I didn’t bring them with me. I’m not gonna bring them home now. I had to call someone to have our homes sprayed.

The worst experience ever. My daughter's 15th birthday party 1 week after her father passed. Was told I could bring a blow up mattress for the kids that were leaving the next day all I had to do was pay the $20. Got to checkin about midnight was told I had to purchase a room double the price or a $1000 for another room. I couldn't afford it so we left drove till 530 a m. Until I found another room beinga it was spring break everything was booked. I was told I would receive my deposit back. Now Patrick said I could not have it bk very rude. Told me it wasn't his problem

We stayed here 5/7/2022 for a few days. It is over priced for what it is. We were talked into taking the villa over the "house" because it was recently remodeled to which I agreed. We come to the panhandle every year and this was by far the worst stay. The staff is not friendly nor helpful. Our villa (193) was infested with Florida sized cockroaches. We killed 5 during our stay and we watched one scurry back into a hole in the wall at the top of the stairs. We spoke to several other folks staying in the villas or the hotel part of the resort who claimed they come there every year and this was by far the worst and that they clearly have an infestation. The villas were not as stocked as I expected. I have been to many beach homes and typically there is a little dish soap, scrub brush, cleaner...small things like that left over. There were not enough dishes for our family of 6. We purchased paper bowls, plates, and utensils to get by. There were no tongs to use for the grill. I purchased some that I took home with us. The toaster was broken. The fridge had many broken shelves. The dryer didn't work properly. It took 3 runs to get the clothing to dry. I assume there is a lint build up somewhere because every time I checked the lint trap there was not a speck of lint. This is a potential fire hazard. There were no events happening like advertised and I was told would be likely going on during my stay. The only thing going on was the Jeep Jam which was not specific to the Resort, it was a City wide event. With music blaring so loud it shook the entire house. The pool access was a nice amenity which we took full advantage of until the indoor pool had fecal matter on the ground in the walk way. My husband notified the staff , they rolled their eyes at him. We stuck around for about an hour before we couldn't stand the smell anymore. no one ever showed up in the time we were there. By day 4 of our stay we noticed baby roaches floating in the lazy river,
