I have never ever been through anything like this is my life. This business owner is very rude and does not hold quality to his work. I lost my keys on Saturday he came out to reprogram and give me a new key $370. 00 09/24/22. Well then I go to start my car and it won't Crank then he comes back and said this not a free service. I asked are you going to charge me for this to jump me off he didn't say anything. Then once I pulled my nieces car up to have him jump me off his van battery was to small he said. Then he jumped me off and asked me to pay 29.99 for service fee. I told him no that was not discussed and he did not make me aware of that over the phone. Then I tried to leave to go somewhere again and i had to be jumped off again. We call him back he argued me down would not come out to check to see if there was a glitch or an issue. He just basically got my money and ran he broke my AC since he programmed the new key it shut off and won't comeback on I've never had these issues before. Then he came back out to my home today and check the key after arguing with him. He said car crank trunk open I've done my job I won't do anything more. Your business is built on customer service and taking the time out to see where your service went wrong. This man will take your money and run do not use him please.
