    Bikini Beach resort 3 queen bed with ocean view is what was paid for on Expedia. Arrived at 2 am and the room I purchased was not "available" because they sold my room to someone else. Even though I called earlier to let them know I will be a late arrival. Gave me 2 queen bed for the night. Until I can speak with the manager the next day. I have 2 teen children. They cannot sleep together. Now at 2 am Im having to sleep on the floor so my children have a place to sleep. Go down the next day but of course no manager that I was promised and she is not willing to speak with me on the phone either. Workers are extremely rude and want to push everything on the manager whom is never there and doesn't want to deal with me. this place is a health hazard!!!!!! It is absolutely disgusting. mold everywhere in the room, rats out by the pool. My room door wouldn't even shut all the way. NOT SAFE!!!! I could go on and on. Food still in the microwave. I addressed these concerns but they couldn't do anything because they were sold out. I was promised I would be contacted by the manager to see what can be done the next day. Still no manager. Now that my hotel stay is over the resort keeps hanging up on me. Won't even tell me the owners name or someone above the general manager. She told me to look it up and hung up on me. Now everytime I call back i'm just put on hold and they never come back to the phone. I was promised a refund by Vicki and now I'm not getting that because the manager is choosing not to. Expedia should be held responsible to because they cannot do anything. Why should I have to pay for something I didn't receive. I paid more for a 3 bed and did not receive the goods/services that I paid for. I would like a refund.
