    DIRTY. RUDE OWNER. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There's a reason this company isn't accredited. They blame their customers and lie. I've never dealt with a worse company. I've read their replies on here and they are as incredibly rude on here as they are to their customers in real life. I called multiple times and was stuck outside my room door for 45 minutes when I arrived because they failed to give me the outside door code. Then they texted me today and said I never called which is clearly untrue because how would I have ever gotten inside for my stay? They must also not keep records. - the bed had sand in it. They did not change the sheets from the previous occupant. - they gave us two towels when we had four guests. - the TV did not work - the housekeeping staff yelled at me infront of other guests. - they charge your card extra amounts without asking. I had to call my bank to stop them from having access. I can tell you whatever they write in response to this will be rude, condescending and untrue. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! ZIA OR BENCHMARK!
