The gentleman that took care of the paperwork told us that we had warranty coverage for the engine , powertrain , ceramic coat , and the interior upholstery for the truck we just purchased and I specifically wanted the powertrain warranty because the truck that was traded in on the new one was in the shop 3 months prior for a new transmission . He illegally badgered us into the warranty telling us it was a way to buy down our interest rate which I found out later was against the law to do. Now they won't warranty my new trucks transmission which is messed up. All this was done back in October of last year . During the entire paperwork process they pushed and pushed us until our payment was more than they initially had promised it'd be and the main reason is because the warranty we agreed on was added but now they are claiming that we didn't purchase it . This is the second time this truck has broken down on us since October the first time was a 600 dollar waterpump replacement which they paid after about 40 calls to the dealership asking for help due to the fact that the first payment hadn't even cleared yet it was that new to us ....

Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2021/12/16) */ We do not cancel gap or any other product in less than 6 weeks. The company has been working to get the refund completed in a timely manner. This is the normal process for cancelling any and all products. Thanks Steve

Sept 23, 2021 I took my car in to get repaired my air conditioner & fuel fill inlet hose. They charged me 1895$ & did alot of unnecessary stuff to the car. I pick the car up & the next morning I started it & it sound terrible. Winding, revving & I go to accelerate & it's sputtering like it's going to stall. Now the engine lights back on & fuel fill inlet too. I bring my car back in now they want to charge me another 1500$ for repairs that should have already been repaired. I feel they are trying to take advantage of me. If I pick my car up I'm being charged 1895 & the car runs worst than before.

I take my car to Ford explain to them the issue, they diagnose the issue say they fixed it and I can come pick up my car. I drive the car for two days it starts doing the same thing again so I called them and I take my car back up to them and they tell me that it's a new issue and now it's gonna cost me $4500 to fix after I've already paid them 700 to fix the problem. I advise that I don't feel like I should pay this because I've already paid you wants to fix the issue. I email and call with no reply. When somebody finally does email me back I get told that my brother called up there and he said that all I needed was a spark plug and one coil and that they were ripping me off and that he took responsibility for the car. My Brother never called Ford and now they're pretty much saying they're not gonna fix my car, even though I've already paid them $700 to fix the issue and clearly the issue still not resolved. They won't help me.
