I gave my donation on 2-6-24. I arrived to the Biomat Center at around 5:30pm - 6:00pm. I was finished with my donation around 7:30pm. Checked my card to get my compensation balance and my compensation was not yet transferred to my account. I was being courteous and giving staff time to put the compensation on my card as I know it gets pretty busy. However the donor floor had at least six employees on it so I'm not sure what the delay was for. The location in which I gave my donation was 1950 W. Tennessee St. Tallahassee, FL. As I attempted to call the Center to mention this "mistake" it had already closed. A few hours later I called my card again to check to see if my compensation had been applied and to my amazement my PID number was coming back invalid. I'm not sure whats happening but I've never experienced this lack of care for donors. They also extracted another sample of blood and didn't care to explain this to me. Its a shame how I as a donor have to suffer the penalties for the lack of appointed duties on someone elses behalf. The ones in charge of running this establishment have done a horrible job at doing what they get paid to do. I would like to receive compensation for the donation that I gave and not have to wait as I've waited long enough already sitting in the chair giving my donation. There's a lot of "sorry this happened" situations going on with my account when as a donor I'm never an issue when it comes time for me to give my donation. Furthermore, the information stating this location as an accredited business with the Better Business Bureau is not true. This location was not on the BBB website. If there's anyone who might be able to assist me with this issue I would be more than thankful.
