    Purchased a 4" CT Sylvester Palm Tree to have placed at my house. Palm Brothers planted the Palm Tree and it died shortly after. My wife & I talked with the owner Daniel ********* and he said that he would replace the dead Palm Tree, but needed to order a replacement and it would be available for several weeks. Several weeks have passed and now we can't get ahold of him at his business or cell #. His work & cell voicemail go start to voicemail and both are full and you can't leave a message. We have been trying to get in contact with him for several weeks now with now luck. It appears that the Palm Brothers might have closed and out of business? This issue has been dragged out for almost a year now.

    On June 7, 2024, I paid Daniel *********, owner of Palm Brothers Nursery & Landscaping (formerly known as Calo Farms & Nursery) in Panama City, FL $350 in cash for a deposit of half of the $725 charge for a 12' CT queen palm to be installed at my residence by the end of July (a due date that he set for transplant success ahead of possible freezing weather in six months and a timeline that I verbally agreed to). He also operates the landscaping portion of his business from his residence at 1301 Arkansas Avenue, Lynn Haven, FL 32444 (which might be the best mailing address for him). He has failed to provide the status of the product and service requested despite several text messages and voice messages I left in the past week beginning on July 29th. I personally visited his tree location twice in the past week only to find the premises unmanned and very much overgrown. In my July 1st text message, I indicated my disappointment in his continued failure to communicate and provide the service that I trusted him to perform. In that message, I specifically requested my deposit be refunded to me by Saturday, August 3rd so that I could find a suitable and timely replacement as required by my Home Owners Association. I trusted him to place the order from his supplier (which he said "They said it wouldn't be a problem" and provided a picture of the specific potted tree) in a text msg on June 6th) and he has most definitely let me down by failing to honor his end of the business transaction.
