Poor service! Misleading and deceptive online selling. Product online is not exactly what you receive. Their fault but will not pay for return shipping. The nerve! One of my the main reasons I bought the watch is that it says Swiss Made on the front face of the watch. I received the watch without it on the face of the watch. I was also lured into buying because it says additional 15% discount as advertised in the ad. Only to find out that I didn't get 15% off. I called them, spoke to rude and argumentative representatives. Their explanation is that the item was already on sale (that time). Thats why I did not get the discount. I said that it wasnt explained on their ad online that certain items are not included so I was deceived in that case. But then I though Id let it pass. When I received the watch it wasnt exactly what I saw online. I called them again and I spoke to ******** and **** (supervisor) who were both very argumentative. I asked why its different? And they said that it doesnt make it different just because it doesnt say Swiss Made on the face of the watch. Well, I told them that for watch enthusiast like me, it DOES MAKE A BIG DIFFERENCE! Since they are rude & argumentative instead of helpful, I decided to return it, but they said that I have to pay for return shipping. That made me so mad and agitated (who will not be?) because I was the one deceived and its their fault and I will spend to get it returned??? So, I was very irate and agitated and said that I will not agree to paying for shipping since it was their fault before I could even say another word that **** hang up on me! So, I called again and **** answered and I said that his unprofessional demeanor is unacceptable and he blamed my being irate and agitated thats why he hang up the phone. The more I got mad! Who will not with the way they do business??? I will not patronize Philip Stein ever! BAD AND DECEPTIVE COMPANY WITH VERY POOR SERVICE will go down the drain! I am waiting!??
