Horrible and not user friendly, why do we need to shop through Classwallet? I have wasted so much time trying to honestly order some printer paper for my classroomClassWallet

User contacted ******************** reporting an issue placing an order as she was not able to login into her account.
Case #******** Indicates ******* ****** contacted us via email in regards to login issues. ClassWallet agent responded to ******* ****** in attempts to resolve the issue. ******* ****** did not respond and therefore case was closed.
We are in the process of following up with ******* ****** and offer assistance if needed.

1 starOrdering through class wallet is a nightmare. 1st, you may or may not get an email from the vendor themselves with your order information. Secondly, you hardly ever receive items by the date given or you only receive a partial order. Lastly, you don't always receive tracking info. About a week ago I ordered 10 items on one order and within a week I decided to order 4 more items from the same vendor using classwallet. There were no indications on the site that any items were on back order so when one box shows up with only two things in it I was like, what the heck. The packing slip that came with it showed five out of ten items were on back order. I'm currently waiting on two more items from that order now. On the second order I received an order confirmation with expected delivery date for April 11th. I called for inquiry and after being transferred several times was told the delivery date shows the remaining 3 items from the 2nd order being delivered Monday. I asked for a tracking number and they said they didn't have one. I then asked how they were they were able to track it to know it's showing up on Monday and why can't I have that information. I was told they had their own delivery service since it was coming from "real far away" and that they weren't using ********** or *** which is why they have no tracking number to give me. If it doesn't show up Monday I have to call them so they can look it up because they use their own carrier. Doesn't make sense that I can't have the same information to track it myself. However they were able to give me tracking information on the two items I was missing from the first order. One through *** the other coming through ***** Where are these items really coming from? Ordering through the vendor directly, I hardly have any issues with delivery or tracking. Ordering from vendors using class wallet is a whole diffrent story. Not to mention you have timelines to spend your grant ****** Would suggest avoid using CW if you can.Review fromShyla W

1 starClass Wallet is a horrible company to have to deal with. It takes month to be paid as a vendor and they stonewall you every time you enquire about the long wait. I have an invoice from November 2023 still unpaid! I also have one from the beginning of December. It is ridiculous to have to wait months for payment. They dont wait to take their money out! If you can avoid using Class Wallet I would recommend choosing another company.Review fromConnie V

1 starI am a vendor who gets paid by some clients who use ClassWallet. This is the worst payment processing service I have ever used. I send invoices out at the end of the month. My clients pay within a few days of receiving their invoices and yet six weeks later, I, the vendor, have still not received those funds. ClassWallet has ONE job! They seem incapable of processing payments within a timely manner. Unfortunately, those of us who accept *** funds have no other choice but to wait on ClassWallet to figure out how to do their job. My review would be ZERO if that were an option. If you can avoid using this company, I would advise you to do so.Review fromXavier G

If you are in NO hurry to get supplies through the vendors and are willing to have many items be out of stock AFTER weeks of waiting for them to arrive then Classwallet is the place for you. Its funny because if you order THROUGH the vendor on your own there's no problem. its a regular store that sends your items in a timely manner. When you add the ClassWallet middleman then everything becomes slow. There's also NO order status updates or delivery confirmation. My recommendation is to avoid this "service" they provide as it will frustrate your teachers and your students.ClassWallet

The state gave $200 per teacher to use through our class wallet accounts. I placed an order and one of the items I ordered was on backorder. I was okay with that. Thinking it would be okay and that I would get it in a month or two. Month's went by and I tried to reach out to the vendor about the item and was told that they couldn't speak to me since I paid with class wallet. I reached out to class wallet and they said THEY CANCELED THE ***** The same day I placed the order and then never credited the money back to my class wallet account. I had no Idea. The funds expire and I was unable to use funds I didn't know I had. ClassWallet would never had said anything and kept the money in their account if it didn't reach out. It has been 7 month's and I have been emailing them back and forth for a month. They were responsive but it would take a week and then I would email again. Long story short. They canceled the order, kept the money and when questioned about it put the money back on my account but since it's expired it went back to the state. I would not recommend them at all and l would make sure to follow up often. Because they did all of this I'm out $60 worth of product that could have been used in my classroom on my students.ClassWallet

1 starTHIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED!! I have been waiting for 3 months now for my order. The **************** allotted teacher money to be used for the classroom. I have contacted this company 8 times now to check on the states of my order. They always tell you that they need 24 to 72 hours to get back to you about your order, and they did that once. They told me my order was scheduled to be sent out 2 weeks ago after waiting 2 and a half months ... and still nothing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!Review fromAshley M

1 starThis is the worse company. I purchased a tutoring package for my child on April 20th for $1800 and they took the money immediately but still working on setting up an account with the vendor over 2 months later. I've called (on hold for hours) and emailed numerous times and they say they are working on it and will call/email you back but they never have contacted me. They are a scam and the worse business. BEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
