For the past year Classwallet in ******* has said to have expanded their program. In doing so they have been continuously backed up, releasing funds a full month behind for EACH invoice. Mind you my invoices are weekly so that is at least **** invoices that they are continually behind on with no ETA on when they will be caught up. I render a service and am repeatedly told they don't have an answer on when vendors will be compensated. We vendors should not have to feel like we need a part time job to subsidize the delay in compensation that is PAST DUE. This is completely unacceptable and is not how business is done. We vendors deserve an answer.Business Response

I received money from the **************** under state law. Classwallet administers it. I received a ***** from the ********************************* for books. I submitted a reimbursement for the books. I went over by ****. I used **** to ask for a reimbursement. Hillsborough County approved the ****. ********************************* does not require approval for reimbursement. Classwallet won't say why they won't approve the reimbursement. They never contacted me as to why it wasn't approved. I have contacted them three times. They never say why it has not been reimbursed.Business Response

I am a VA teacher who signed Registered with Classwallet as part of the ******************** of ********* Covid Recovery ***** over a month ago when the Gov appropriated $3,000,00 towards this initiative. I havent been contacted by any clients (parents) since I registered as a tutor and when I signed into my Classwallett account, the message I received was no account found. Also I tried to use the live chat to get assistance only to get a message that I needed to talk to an assistant l, but their office is closed. Whats the problem? It looks like you received the error message no account found because you logged in with your user versus vendor account information. As a follow-up to receiving this message, you were prompted to email Customer Success for resolution during standard business hours. We also show you called that same day at 5:27 p.m. on Saturday, July 8, 2023.
ClassWallet is open six days a week, including Saturday. The office closes at 4 p.m. EDT.
ClassWallets support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-8 p.m. EDT, and Saturday, 10:00 a.m.-4 p.m. EDT.
ClassWallets standard protocol is to call anyone with a customer service issue at least three times during standard operating hours. In the event we cannot connect on the phone, we will send an email educating on how to log onto a user account versus vendor log-in and ensure the listing is visible on our platform.

Amazon is a third party vendor through this business website in our state. For some reason Amazon has blocked me from accessing and placing orders through classwallet. I've contacted claswallet and *** here in our state as well as Amazon. No one is doing anything about this issue. Classwallet has to contact amazon to inform them of my account and they told em to just create a account with the email that's connected to classwallet. Amazon still did not allow me access stating they have a different name on the account and it should not be. Amazon is giving me the run around. I need to purchase the items I want for my son's home school program. I need this to be addressed asap.Business Response

Classwallet has a fraudulent offer on their Marketplace. The item offered is TracFone hotspot with a year of data . The price is $649 . I ordered that along with a laptop and tablet. My child was looking forward to having internet and a laptop to do his Math and other school work online. I received the way overpriced laptop and tablet. The hotspot came but it was not TracFone. It was a dead non activated ****** mobile hotspot. Useless with no way to activate it. After much emailing and calling, Classwallet arranged for me to return the hotspot for a replacement. So I did that. Waited, the replacement arrived. Again!, Same exact issue. Non activated hotspot! Useless, no way to contact anyone at TracFone. I went thru the whole ordeal again of calling and emailing ClassWallet back and forth. They finally told me to go print off the shipping label and return this second hotspot. Again.... Very frustrating! Classwallet finally just refunded the funds back onto my students account. They were able to use this fraudulent TracFone hotspot offer to persuade me into buying the high prices laptop and tablet . The TracFone item is not valid, it's a hoax. It's a shame because I looked back again on ClassWallet Marketplace today and they are still offering the hotspot!!!! I want you to be aware of this scam. They are apparently scheming funds from the state or the education system somehow by doing this to people. The offer is not valid whatsoever. Classwallet is aware of this and still offers it to kids. TracFone is currently experiencing a systemic quality issue with its mobile hotspots. After reviewing the situation, we determined that six users were affected by this issue. As a result, TracFone has been temporarily disabled in the ClassWallet marketplace until they can find a resolution. Everyone has been refunded.
Additionally, we are working with other marketplace vendors to provide alternative mobile hotspot offerings.Initial Complaint

I applied for the ** Special Needs Reimbursement from the GA ********** of ********** It was approved. I verified my bank account with Class Wallet and received an email saying my refund was approved on July 14th. The time frame on the email says 2-4 weeks. It has surpassed the 4 weeks. Class Wallet refuses to release my finds. My refund was approved by the **** Now they are telling me 2-4 BUSINESS weeks but it doesnt say that anywhere. No one can tell me where the money is. Class Wallet has received the money and they are holding it unlawfully.Business Response

I purchased a certified reading intervention tutoring package for $1800 from ClassWallet on their marketplace and still the account is not set up. I have spent numerous hours on the phone trying to get this started as well as numerous emails back-and-forth to get this reading tutoring package started for my child but they still do not have an account set up. The item number purchased was **************. They ignore your emails at customer support and many times after being on hold for 30 minutes they hang up on you.
