This location constantly either delivers your pizza 4 hours late or doesnt deliver it at all. They disconnect their phones so there is no way to cancel your order. I once drove up to the location with the manager on the phone (she didnt know I was outside) and I watch her hang up on me because she didnt want to cancel my order. I walked in and said why did you just hang up on me. She had nothing to say. Now, on Halloween, Oct 31, 2024. I placed a small order for friends to eat before celebrating the holiday. It didnt arrive. We left and the pizza still hadnt arrive. The app gives you no cancelation option, and they wouldnt answer the phone. At one point the phones were just outright disconnected. I was notified 4 hours later that the pizza was delivered. I arrived home at 2 am to find cats and ants eating the pizza left at my front door, and it was the wrong order. The driver didnt even knock (my in laws were in the house). I contacted corporate and they told me its a franchise so the location owner would reach out. I have never heard back from him or her on all 3 complaints Ive filed. Go read ****** reviews of this location, most are the same complaint as mine.

It has been weeks since BBB forwarded my complaint to the business. I have yet to hear back from them. I have called the location repeatedly and all they do is hang up IF they answer. And the reviews in ****** continue to rack up regarding the same issue. This business really needs to be looked into. They are stealing money from customers. This cannot go ignored.

On 09/17/22 I made an order on line from Dominos Pizza. There was some sort of error. It said to try again later. So I did. Not knowing that it had gone thought. I got my order. Then a while later the gate called and said my pizza was there. I told them I already got my pizza. I meant to call and get credit but forgot. I stopped by a couple of days later and they told me I had to call corporate. I asked if they had the number and they gave me thats stores number. I just looked it up. I had to go out of town for a family emergency. On 09/22/22 I called and spoke with a man and he took all the information and gave me a claim number. ( I wrote down but miss placed it).
