    This dry clean company lost a mens formal dress shirt since May of 2024 and they are refusing to pay for the shirt after multiple attempts of trying to resolve with them the situation. Spoke to the owner and she says she can do whatever she wants and does not want to pay for the shirt . This is ridiculous and I want the money of the shirt they clearly lost plus the laundering service.

    On 02/19/24 i went to pick up a Cashmere coat that I dropped to dry-clean in this dry clean company, to my surprise my coat was returned to me damage, they burned the coat and its buttons as well; I left the coat to the attendant who assisted me, and asked her to have the manager or owner call me back to see what they were going to do to refund my money and fix the damage. But to my surprise nobody called me back, so I went back to the store the following day, and after I demand to speak with somebody who can explain how this happened, and how they were going to do resolve the problem, they finally called the manager over the phone, and I was able to speak with her.To my surprise this woman basically told me that the service was not guarantee, and the damage to my coat and its button was not going to be fixed, and neither my money refund.The texture of the Cashmere was totally damage, and the plastic buttons burned.I do not understand how a business like this one can operate, I need them to refund my money, and paid to have the buttons replace on the coat.
