    My wife went to the place for a massage and when she asked for the bill she was charged for 3 extra items she didn't requested. She was said the massage was only $75. When she ask for the explanation she was told those charges are made to fulfill the order even though she didn't requested or were asked if she agreed with those charges. She was denied of a refund and I decided to fill a complain with the BBB to help me get those $45 extra charged on my credit card.

    Hello! We have already spoken to the client in regards to this matter. No where in our facility does it state our massages are $75. Our signage in the clinic states $125, our website states $125. We have removed our intro rate months ago, while we are aware some other franchises offer the $75 intro rate. So unless the client has reached out to other franchises and was told $75, WE do not offer that rate and would never offer that to guests. The only type of advertisement that states a service is $75 is clearly for our monthly members. There was an error with checkout that day, so the front desk associate had to alter something to make the total $125. We are aware she didn't receive those add ons, but she paid the amount she signed up for. I have already spoken to the staff member and explained a more efficient way to check out a client if this glitch happens again. It may look like we added unauthorized charges, but that is false as she paid the correct amount. You can verify the rates on our website.
