    Update: the pet store responded to my request to tell me it didn't matter. Basically, they could essentially sell me whatever they wanted to sell me as long as I paid for it, and it doesn't matter that they called it something else. They also mention, doesn't matter if it's not even two percent of the dog, it doesn't matter if the dog is mixed with five or six breeds like mine is, they can still sell it as a single breed of their choice. They also decided to mention at the very end as an FYI, that they cannot be taken to court over it. It's disgusting and unethical practice! If you read this review before you go to this pet store, please do not visit! They will definitely take advantage of you if are not very familiar with every breed of dog that exists. My review has changed because I had a DNA test done on a dog I bought from there that was advertised as a toy australian shepherd. I couldn't understand why everywhere I took him, people thought he was a chihuahua, and I defended it saying he is a toy australian shepherd. Turns out HE IS NOT! I SEE A COUPLE OTHER REVIEWS THAT STATE THE SAME THING.PLEASE USE EXTREME CAUTION AND KNOW WHAT THE BREED SHOULD LOOK LIKE. IT'S UNFORTUNATE, BECAUSE A LOT OF TIMES FAMILIES ARE LEARNING BREEDS AS THEY LOOK AROUND FOR PUPPIES AND YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TRUST THAT THE COMPANY OR PEOPLE SELLING THE BREED WILL BE HONEST WITH YOU, BUT I GUESS PEOPLE REALLY JUST AREN'T HONEST ANYMORE.

    We bought a puppy from this company, that ended up being very sick with a autoimmune disease, he started to show symptoms the day we bought him and took him to a vet that was partnered with the company (which they said was mandatory). Firstly, they said that the first vet visit was free (which was not true and the lady in the front told us that many people have came in with that information and that said word for word that the company lied about the fact that the first vet visit was free) and secondly the vets completely brushed off the issue. We kept pressing the issue a few more times with them and they nonstop brushed it off until I went to get a second opinion from my personal vet with my other pets. In which they did a biopsy and discovered that my new puppy had an autoimmune disease. When told they referred us to the warranty department, which took forever to respond to our concerned, when I got fed up I threatened with legal action as this is serious and costed me thousands of dollars to help my poor dog and all the stress, In which they responded by telling us that they would gladly go to court with us and threatened to make us pay for their legal fees if we chose to take them to court. We have a letter from our vet stating that the dog does indeed have a autoimmune disease and that given the severity of it, that it was most likely already started to present itself way before we bought the dog. I have spent an insane amount of money trying to help my dog just be okay. And I really don't know what to do anymore.

    January 10 was purchased Paid $1,300 Immediately got was sick didnt even had it for 3 day Plus he was anemic dog had a batera in the stomach They made me sigh something g didnt even let Me know the is final sale or no return no one did it or a least said please Make sure you read where you are putting your initial. Or something I left the dog at the store Christian one of there worker took the dog and I left I open a band dispute and they took way so long didnt work becuase they had provide them with the paper one one told me or warning me about it I try to let comoany to give me a partial amount but I dnt know when even sold the dog to a different person again so they making scam here. Never ever got a call from them saying you dont come get your dog will goi g to sell it never or something they had my information for sure. They said never agree you returning anything when the guy took the dog mis the bank took a while for the dispute and i immediately got in contact with them back in feb 22 till not march 05 they respond and they just sold the dog a a couple weeks ago

    I am filing a complaint against Forever Love Puppy due to unfulfilled promises, lack of transparency, and health concerns related to a dachshund puppy I recently purchased. Forever Love Puppy assured me they would provide accurate information about my puppy's breed and health, yet they have failed to do so.Despite advertising purebred dogs and showing photos of the parents, they have not provided verification that my puppy is a purebred dachshund, leaving me uncertain about her breed. Instead of offering this information themselves, Forever Love Puppy instructed me to contact breeders directly. This approach has been frustrating, as Ive received little response, and I am left without the clarity and support that I was promised.Additionally, my puppy has experienced severe adverse reactions to her vaccines, including coughing, mucus production, and discharge from her eyes and nose. These unexpected health issues have required extra veterinary care, adding financial and emotional strain to an already troubling experience. I feel Forever Love Puppy has not only provided insufficient information but also a puppy in poor health, demonstrating a lack of responsibility and transparency.I urge the BBB to investigate Forever Love Puppy for failing to meet their commitments to customers. I hope this action will encourage the company to improve its business practices, prioritize animal welfare, and provide accurate information to prevent similar issues for future customers.

    I purchased a puppy from FOREVER LOVE PUPPIES ON the evening of Friday 8/16/2024 FOR $2,200. I was given documentation of a "14-day warranty" and addresses of their Provider Vet. The VERY NEXT MORNING the puppy started convulsing. I rushed the puppy to the Provider vet, and He took stool samples and found that the puppy had GIARDIA (PARASITES). THEY KEPT THE PUPPY FOR OBSERVATION AND DISCHARGED the puppy the following Monday with Medication. I was giving her the medication, but the dog was still sick, and barley ate. At 2am the puppy was having seizures and I rushed her to a 24 -hour ANIMAL HOSPITAL.THE HOSPITAL FOUND THAT NOT ONLY DID SHE HAVE PARASITES, BUT SHE HAD A RESPIRATORY INFECTION AND A BUNCH OF OTHER ISSUES. She was kept at this facility for 3 days. THANKFULLY, the dog was saved, but my final bill was $2,****** sum it up, FOREVER LOVE PUPPIES SOLD ME A "SICK PUPPY" and is now trying to get out of honoring the warranty. THEY ADVERTISE THESE PUPPIES AS PURE BREEDS, BUT I AM CONVINCED THAT THESE ARE PUPPY MILL DOGS.

    The business listed a birthdate for the dog of ******* (a very specific birth date). This meant the dog was 6 months old on date of sale. When I brought to local vet in 8/17/24 shortly after purchase of the dog- the vet informed me that the dog had to be older that what they told me. The dog had his full set of adult teeth and on those adult teeth had ******. This is inconsistent with a dog that is 6 months who would have just got his adult teeth in. I contacted the warranty department and they said I needed a letter with vet license number in order for them to help me. My vet is unwilling to write such letter (likely not wanting to get involved in a legal matter). That being said I sent them notes from the examination where she noted the ****** on the teeth and the date of birth being ******* allegedly is enough to show that something doesnt add up as she verbally stated. This is fraud and dangerous to the health of the dog- how do I know that the remainder of the sheet with vaccine info is not fraud as well. Now I will never know the actual age of the dog because of this lie. Dating a dogs age with accuracy can happen early on but once adult teeth are in that becomes difficult/ harder. Luckily I was able to catch this company in this lie since I brought the dog in so close to his alleged 6 month birth date and the vet was able to recognize that the age was false/misleading. I plan to keep the dog but demand funds back to being misled about the sale/birth date.

    I went with my family 5 months ago to buy a puppy for my son and they sold me sick puppy. The contract agreement states a warranty if the puppy is sick I would be able to be reimbursed for any medical expenses that I spend with the puppy by providing them with documentation from the veterinary that the puppy was sold to me sick. I emailed them more than ****************************************************************************************** for what I spend to make the puppy feel better. I spend close to $900 to make the puppy better; by the contract agreement I have rights to be reimburse.

    My husband and I purchased a Mini Goldendoodle from Forever Love Puppies, **************, ******* on 12/11/2021. The purchase price was $3,311.65. We were given, in writing a Veterinary Inspection Certificate and the Pet Purchase Contract and Guarantee. Forever Love Puppies guarantees a one year health warranty against genetic health issues. My Mini Goldendoodle became very sick on December 5, 2022 and after multiple vet visits and tests, she was diagnosed with Addisons Disease, which is genetic. I contacted Forever Love Puppies on 12/9/22 and was told to send an email with the supporting medical documents to their warranty ***** at ****************************************************** I sent that email on 12/9/22 at 11:22 am. I was told to expect a response in five business days, which I never got. I called them back on 12/14/22, 12/19/22, 12/22/22 and 12/30/22 to follow up. No one would help me. I kept getting Im sorry, but no resolution. I was told to email customer service, which I have done three times now and still no reply from anyone. I have texted them multiple times as well, still no reply. It has now been one month since my initial phone call and still no resolution. Forever Love Puppies has failed to stand behind their health warranty, as promised upon purchase. I need help resolving this and want to warn perspective buyers regarding Forever Love Puppies business practices.

    On 10/8/2022 I purchased a puppies for which is coverage under ******* Lemon Law. As well as the *************** issued by the pet shop. The puppies was taken to the vet on 10/9/2022 - 10/10/22 & 10/15/2022. (Upper respiratory infection) The Veterinary had certified that this puppy was unfit to sale due to illness. I called with the complaint on 10/10/22 and was told to email the information to the warranty company-******************* which I did (return receipt and proof of email opened. ) As of this date they have not opened the email. I have contact them (3x) they keep me on hold and always tells me that there is no one in the warranty department that can speak with me. I am seeking to be refunded the medical expenses for this puppy for which I am fully entitle to receive, as of today I have spend $622.66 in medical bills. Please I need assistance.
