I give this place a 1 because the ladies in the front were nice and professional along with the therapist I had which was **************** HOWEVER!! There was a misunderstanding when it came to the payment which should've been an easy fix. I had an appointment on 7/10 but being that my service appointment was at night I called the following day regarding my refund and I was told the "manager" was in a meeting and she will get back to me, okay cool but no call. I called again the following day, told the same thing, "the "manager" is in a meeting but we have your name on the list and she will call you back regarding the refund issue", again okay. Called a 3rd time, told the same exact thing, "manager in a meeting" but the young lady added in, "I see you're next on the list to be called so you should receive a call soon". A week has passed and not a single call from the manager regarding the refund. My spouse who set the appointment told me his card was charged this morning (7/19), I checked my account to see if I got any refund, nope! I had to call yet again in order to gain clarity on the situation only to be told by the young lady ****** on the phone, the refund to my card was processed on 7/18 and the proper card was in fact charged. The simple fact that I as a customer had to continuously call and leave messages for the "manager" ******* who never once thought to herself, let me be professional and call this customer to rectify the situation and let said customer know the situation has been taken care of speaks volumes on the lack of professionalism and care this "manager" has for paying clients. Although the young ladies in the front the day of service and the ones I spoke with over the phone showed more care and professionalism than the actual "manager", this was my first and last time visiting this establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on how careless the "manager" was towards my situation.
