    I am unlivable for this debt with CONSUMER FINANCIAL SVC. I do not have a contract with CONSUMER FINANCIAL SVC. They did not provide me with the original contract as requested.

    I did not have a marketplace transaction with Consumer ********* Services of ***** FL, LLC. That is the reason I am reporting it to you.

    I agree that the customer does not have a credit account with ********************** of ********* L.L.C... They do however, have a credit account with ****************** Services of South Florida L.L.C. and may want to forward their complaint directly to them.     Please note that because CFS of *****, ** L.L.C. was the first of seven independently owned and operated limited liability companies under the shared but independent "CFS of _________, FL L.L.C.'s to sign up with the three major credit reporting agencies, they chose to highlight "CFS of *****, ** L.L.C." as a sort of umbrella heading title. Please note that we don't have access to the other Florida CFS offices customers information and/or credit reporting information as we are all independently owned and operated limited liability companies and can not share information. Please feel free to contact me if you need more information or proof that we all have our own individual relationship with the credit reporting agencies and do not share in any kind of bill paying or sharing of information between any CFS offices in the state of Florida.
