1 starMy name is ****** The scammers, led by the founder ******* *.stole my $1200 saved up and $1200 of my personal investments. It is impossible to log into the account, the scammers do not allow!! They still have not responded to my letter!! By what right do you call your offer with your terms a contract if my signature is not there?! By what right do you hire people for a network business and do not conclude a written contract with them?? By what right do you ignore my letters and block my incruises account?? I read your responses here to other victims of yours - one lie. *******, are you not ashamed to rob kids? You seem to position yourself as an Adventist Christian?! We just recently survived the fires in **, we really need our money!! How much have you already earned in five years on cryptocurrency investing our money?! I have never been on a cruise from **** company and I am not a slave to do what you want. I was wasting my time to try to build a business on your platform but it didnt work!!! Give me my money back!! Stop writing me nonsense that you can invest other people's money without the permission of the owner of the money, change your terms without signatures, without the consent of your "beloved partners". Supposedly you have the right to violate your original terms, and we are supposedly a herd of goats and we have no rights?! Don't write me lies in response!! I will report you in all the churches of ***********!! Give me my money back!!By what right did your company appropriate my $1200?! By what right did you take away from me the promised $100 for each of my $100, if you adhere to your charter?! So according to your charter, 14 days passed, my money became yours, and the $1200 you added to my savings over the year, therefore, circumvented your charter and you meanly stole them from me and my children!! But this is not enough for you, and you also stole my investments. Does your admin have a name?! I really want to glorify him/her!Review fromRaul R

1 starThe greatest issue with InCruises is the rate at which they change their terms and policies at a whim to ensure that you never see your money again. For example, I entered with the promise that we could get our money back. This was shown to us in their policies taken from their website. Now that has changed, and we're only allowed to use, at most, 20% of the $1800 we put in when booking a hotel room, which must be done on their platform and often at inflated prices. SCAM!!!Don't be fooled by the promises of cruising on the cheap. Even their "price match" is misleading. They allow you to use 50% of the $$$ you have been deducted on a cruise you must reserve on their website, but they only allow per-room reservations, not per person. This makes the price match completely incompatible. Verdict, AVOID these scams. You're better off creating a high-yield savings account and putting $$$ in that bucket. Oh, and yes, I was a member for about 18 months. My name is **** *********, and the last five characters of my member ID are TOCUY. Let me know if you need further information to confirm my authenticity as the inCruises disgruntled party and ex-member.Review fromPedro R

"Its a very complicated travel club, with many strings attached and requirements that ultimately create dissatisfaction for the customer. Once you become a member, its like a dictatorship where its impossible to leave without losing money, and they will send you a super long document to win the battle, just like you see in their responses on the BBB. Thats exactly how it is when youre a member the member is the enemy. If they used the same force they use to win battles to achieve customer satisfaction, they would be the best in the world. In short, once you join, you cant cancel without losing money. The Clubs rules make it so that only in perfect scenarios do people actually save money, and despite most of their customers being new to cruise travel, they dont have customer support to help members have a worry-free trip. InCruises is NOT a scam, as everyone joins voluntarily and accepts the companys policies, but once you study it in-depth, most members stay not because they love InCruises, but to avoid losing money. If InCruises gave people the chance to cancel their accounts and only keep those who truly see a benefit and feel comfortable, most would leave. Its about losing money and not wanting to deal with them anymore. Imagine giving people the option to choose them because they want to. And the worst part is, they keep getting worse. They dont listen; they just want to win, without keeping their word. Its pure business, another way to take peoples money without caring about their satisfaction or the sacrifices they make to get it."inGroup International LLC

Thanks for the opportunity to respond. We are sorry, but we dont know why this person is upset and we cannot verify if this person is a member of our club. If we were able to identify this person in our system, we would be happy to reach out to him and see if we could resolve his concerns. If this is a member and he can connect with us straightforwardly through his account and our platform, we could understand why he is unhappy. It is important to note that inCruises does have a very active and available customer support platform to answer any question our members have, contrary to what it is mentioned here. Also, due to a modification of our membership terms that took place as of April 1, 2022, if a member decides to cancel the membership, he or she will still be able to save by using their Reward Points to book cruises or hotel stays, because Reward Points will never expire. Members do not lose value of the membership they paid and at the very least they will still have 1 Reward Point for every dollar paid. Thanks for the opportunity.Review fromNi W

Thanks for the opportunity to respond. We believe there is a misunderstanding, because we have not received any email from Mrs. ** Win in our support platform after she requested her account to be closed last October 3, 2023. This was almost 10 months ago. The company cancelled Mrs. ******** account after 3 separate requests made by her and even explained the consequence this will have in her account and her Reward Points, according to our policies. Mrs. ******** account is still available and she can use the 1x1 Reward Points she has accumulated so far. We just need to communicate with her. That is why at this moment we have sent her two separate emails through her inCruises account (support ticket system) and our internal compliance email. We look forward to hearing from Mrs. ******** Win, so we can further assist her with any questions and/or concerns she might have. Thanks for this opportunity.Review fromRitzy F

Mrs. ****** ******* signed electronically the inCruises Membership Agreement on September 30, 2019, this is almost 5 years ago. Through this contract all of our members agree to pay a monthly membership fee of USD 100. In return for the fee, each member receive ********************************************************** a hotel stay. According to the terms and conditions of the ********************* **** Members can use their Reward Points at any time to book a cruise vacation /accommodation. If a club Member does not pay the monthly membership fee (USD 100), their account becomes inactive and the Member cannot make use of their 2 for 1 points. If no membership fees have been paid for three months, all 2 for 1 Reward Points granted in return for the membership payments are reverted to their original 1 for 1 value where 1 USD 1 USD gets you 1 Reward Point. Those 1 for 1 points never expire and the Member does not have to make any further Membership payments to book travel on our site. In order to use the 2 for 1 points to book a cruise, the club members account must be active, and the member must continue to pay the fee after booking the cruise until the embarkation as per our Membership agreement. We see from our system that since the year 2020-2021, ***************** has been having issues trying to maintain her account current. For this reason, she has not been able to enjoy the full benefits of our travel club membership. To assist ***************** ******* with this matter, in 2021 we provided her a solution due to a substantial amount of debt she had accumulated at that moment by offering her a one time offer called a debt reset. She agreed to the terms of this one time offer and she was allowed to keep her membership and her reward points. Our membership program changed in April 2022 and we notified all of our members the new changes through many channels many months in advance. We have verified also in our system that ***************** ****** again stopped paying her membership in December 2023. This was almost 7 months ago. According to the terms and conditions of our contract her 2x1 points got reverted back to 1x1 for lack of payment. ***************** ******* still has in her account ******** points that she can use to book a cruise or a hotel stay even if her account is inactive. Reward points do not expire. The inCruises business model is created with the idea that it helps members of the company's club to prepare for a future vacation by building up Reward Points through their monthly membership payment. This payment is to maintain the membership current and to enjoy the opportunities and privileges that this membership provides, this does not constitute a "savings" or investment that can be redeemed for anything other than its intended use. InCruises is not a bank, custodian or financial company of any type; and our Membership is an advantage for our members to travel through our network at a discounted rate in accordance with the terms of the contract with the company; much like a local gym membership or ******* membership, a Hulu member account, not a savings account. Thanks for the opportunity to respond. We had a hard time identifying ********************* in our system since the email we have in our database is different from the one provided here. We are sorry to hear that ***** is unhappy. We are unclear as to why because we see she booked and sailed through a cruise in January of this year 2023. We also make very clear on our website and in our company, membership documents that Reward Points are available for use to book cruises and hotels stays in the amounts determine on a case-by-case basis. It is true that the use of Reward Points has some limitation according to our policies, but they are gifted points that our customers can use to help pay a cruise reservation or a hotel stay. The fact does remain, however, that ***** and every member that uses our system will be able to save money. Even if ***** account goes inactive for nonpayment of her membership fee and her "2x1" Reward Point convert to "1x1" she will be able to use them for any booking or hotel stay. Thanks again.Review fromCIPRIAN P

I sign up with Incruises in Aug 2022, membership code ILWHUN1NB. I try use the membership to benefit from it, but not turn out to be as friendly to use or be beneficial and to work in my best interest and also due to a modification of the membership term that not in my best interest either and do not agree with.Few facts that determine this experience is that few days ago I want to use the membership to book a cruise. But at the same time I compare cruises and tried to book a cruise with my points for about **** points 2x1 = $1400 . To my surprise the total price of the cruise was about $2,559 with Incruises, and only $1,890 with official website of the same cruise ship, date, room number, etc. Easy math results that I will pay $669 more per total cruise. Then basicaly on the company policy, coming back to the points part, I cannot use more then 50% of them=$700 and still pay out of pocket money. Where are the saving we were told and deceived saying that we can save up to $1400 on the next cruise. So as any other members, that is trying to save money, first reason I did sign up for this membership. If I will not do the due diligence for the same cruise I will pay more than the cruise actually worth on the original cruise website. Now comparing what other cruise companies not affiliates as Incruises is, I come to the conclusion that Incruises membership or any of its the services meet my expectations and does not offer claimed savings or benefits as advertised.Due to my customer experience with ********************** and its services, that are against my best interest and benefits, and under Consumer Protection Laws, I request to terminate my membership and recuperate entire accumulated investment in the membership since account was open =$1,400. Also I find that is in violation with Fla. Stat. ******. I will not accept any 1x1 points for future. Failure of refund I will file a claim with The **************************** of the ****** of the Attorney General.Thank youinGroup International LLC

Thanks for the opportunity to respond. We are sorry that *********************** feels unhappy with his Membership. However, we have confirmed through a conversation that our support Department had with Mr. **** yesterday, on October 2, that he indeed received a refund of his last payment made to our membership program. In seemed there was a misunderstanding with ************ because in our Membership Agreement it is clearly stated that the money paid in monthly fees to remain as member of the club, is not refundable beyond our refund policy; which indicates that any payment can be refunded during the 14 days after said payment. We have the right to expect from our members that they compliantly follow the contracts they sign and agree too when they register to our company, since they had the opportunity to read, review and reject, or agree to, before performing according to its terms.
Now, we see that ************ is unhappy about our cruise prices. The prices our customers see on our website are received through information that is sent by the cruise lines. If the price shown on our website is higher than the price our customers see elsewhere, it could be due to a variety of reasons, including the possibility that ************ may not have gone through the entire booking process on the other website(s), and/or that he is comparing prices between different markets other than the ones we receive information/ prices from. It is correct that after being a member for a year a customer can pay for a cruise reservation entirely with 2-for-1 Reward Points. However, this will require ( according to our policies and procedures) that the member has enough Points to do so. ************ did not have the remaining balance to do this. Again, thanks for the opportunity to respond.Review fromGreg H

This company is super evil. Like many have said, they promised to match dollar for dollar and after year 5 you were fully vested. To no one's suprise right after year 5 they took that away. Their repeated response is "well our rule changes were well received by most members" what they don't tell you is these are the members making thousands of dollars monthly from all the suckers that signed up earlier from their false promises. It's soooo sad because this WAS a great company and the #1 MLM company on the planet. I hope this company goes down in flames...shame on them for what they did to thousands of good people!!inGroup International LLC

Thank you for the opportunity to respond. We are sorry to hear that **** is unhappy. We made the changes to our membership model on April 1st 2022 and, according to our records we see that he took advantage of his membership and sailed on a cruise through our club after those changes,on July 2, 2022. After that date, his account became inactive after non paid invoices. it seems that there was a misunderstanding on how our model works. Members do not make any money under our program. We hope that **** takes the time to read the details of our new and improved membership program since even now, after more than a year that the changes of our membership have been implemented, and more than a year after ***** account has been inactive; he has not lost value of the membership fee he paid. He still has the benefit of 720 1x1 Reward Points in our system. **** will retain at the very least 1 Reward Point for every dollar he has paid in Membership fees. He will be able to use these Reward Points toward the purchase of a cruise or a hotel stay and they will not expire. Thank you.
