    Went into Bagelheads the other day. It was rainy so I understand on an extent why it was a bit busy. The place being busy not the issue. The food quality was absolutely terrible. I hate that I’m the first complaint and that I have to even leave one. I had this delivered and it came out better than it did when I went to the restaurant. We took it to go and were in a rush to get on the road. My friends sandwich was a sausage egg and cheese with avocado and she said it was awful and the avocado tasted like rubber. I got the bacon no egg and cheese plain bagel with the sauce (which was not on the side or the sandwich whatsoever) we ordered through Toast/Bagelheads app or something I forgot. I can easily find the order. But the whole point was the food was awful. Also got a latte with extra hazelnut it didn’t taste like it had any creamer in it. Now nearly 30.00 or so for sandwiches and a latte may not be a lot in the grand scheme of things but it was not good. Never had an issue here. But they fail to contact about getting a refund so I had to come here. I like this place so it’s rather disappointing

    Hello ******! We at bagelheads apologize for the bad experience. The quality of our food is something we take very seriously, and I will personally be looking into what may have happened to have things be unsatisfactory. I did not recieve any contact for a refund, but found the order and refunded it in full.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 22037171, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    I appreciate that! I had mentioned it via email or contact form on the website. Not sure what happened. But I appreciate the response and handing the refund ??
