      We went under contract on 10/24/23 and was told that the work would be completed on or before the next holiday which was Thanksgiving 11/23/23. We were told that 4k (four thousand dollars) had to be paid up front and that the remaining payment would/could be paid in increments after the job was completed. After paying the initial $4,100 they never contacted us until December 17 2023 and didn't start work at our home until "mid "February 2024 . Our kitchen was taken apart (i.e.) drawers, cabinet doors and shelving removed. Our pantry wall was cut open to accommodate our Double oven being installed and several other things were done to prep for install of custom cabinets. By mid March it was clear that Mr. ******* had no plans on completing our job in a timely manner. We had been calling and texting to no avail for some time so we started asking them to just stop and give us whatever part of our money they saw fit back. From that day until today 6/24/24 approximately 8 months later Mr. ******* has set appointments and not shown up, dodged our calls and came up with excuses why he couldn't come to our home. We had to pay another contractor to come in to install our oven (which was the initial reason for reaching out to Mr. *******). The work he has completed has been sub par when he has come and several areas have been destroyed and will need to be fixed by other contractors. At this time we still have no cabinet doors, no drawer faces or handles, holes in our walls, incomplete back splash and open areas around our counter tops . The "custom " molding has visible flaws, our floor has missing tile in the kitchen and tape on our wood floors in our dinning room leading into the kitchen. Mr. ******* took our money and has left our home in disarray for months and has shown no concern for getting the job done or giving us our money back. When speaking to him about it he has stated that he's sure that we don't have the money to get a lawyer and leaves. We need help !!!!
