    On July 29 between 430-445 pm I visited the touch less carwash Wash Werks on nine mile road in Pensacola Florida. I selected the eight dollar wash I placed a five dollar bill and 3 one dollar bills in for payment. The car wash never advised it was OK to proceed to the wash. No one was in the wash and the display kept saying please wait for car wash this went on inevitably, I was not able to push a cancel button. The phone numbers associated with this business are all disconnected. I have attempted to contact four different phone numbers I have located for this corporation and no attempts were successful as all numbers are no longer in service, I would like a refund , and also for this business to have to have some type of valid contact number members of our community are being taking advantage of and this car wash taking money and not providing any type of service should be a crime.

    This is an unmanned car wash. I took my vehicle to this place and paid with my debit card for the touchless wash. The machine malfunctioned soon after it started, and I was charged for a service I did not recieve. Because this is an unmanned car wash with no phone number to call, my only option was to leave a Google review with details of what happened. The business owner responded, that the issue had been resolved and that I could run through again. The only problem with that is this is an unmanned car wash and I would get charged again. I just want a refund for the service I never got.
