Started service 6-/15/2022 Sold office March 1, 2023 Notified company of sale Feb 2023 I have included agreement- good luck in reading This company is trying to make me pay for four months of service because they said we left the contract early – so they are charging me over $1200 for service is not even completed. Also, I’d like to add that our business is closed. No longer in service. No building to clean. I have a few complaints. First of all – I don’t want to keep doing business with this company because they do not do a very good job. We had a dental office, so it is imperative that our office is spotless and we made quite a few complaints and they just didn’t improve their service. Second – we sold our business due to unforeseen circumstances March 1, 2023. I notified the cleaning company that we would no longer be using their services at beginning of February. Third - I was under the verbal impression that we could terminate our services at any time. Why would we be required to continue with a service that we were not happy with. I am a reasonable person - I pay my bills – but there were no services rendered, and I do not see that we need to pay for services that were not completed. We no longer own the office – we don’t have a place for them to clean – and the business is closed. Therefore their agreement with ****** ****** ********* is void because ****** ****** ********* does not exist anymore. And the last thing is, I would like for this company to stop hounding me. They are emailing me and calling me and we aren’t even in business anymore. I don’t even have a bank account anymore. I think it is predatory practices the way they are doing business -talk about kicking a person when they are down.

Coverall Service Company only enters into long term service agreements with a minimum term of one year or more.  This allows the Franchise Owner to make better, longer term, hires resulting in less turnover and better quality of service.  The agreement entered into between ****** ****** ********* and Coverall Service Company (attached by customer) acknowledges this in section 8 of the service agreement endorsed by Susan *******, accounts manager.  The customer was only 8 months into the agreement when the customer sent in a cancellation notice based on the company closing (not an exception to the service agreement terms).  When informed by the local office of the term the customer then indicated there were service concerns.  No service concerns were relayed to the office prior to the customer submitting cancellation notice early.  The agreement has a service clause allowing the local support center 15 days to cure any claimed deficiencies provided by the customer in writing (see paragraph 8 c of the service agreement).  No written notice was received by the customer requesting the start of a cure period.  If the local support center and franchise owner failed to cure deficiencies within 15 days written notification of the deficiencies the agreement allows for early termination. Coverall Service Company doesn't employ any "predatory practices" and merely followed the term of the agreement signed by ***** ********

The remaining balance on the account has been credited and there is no open balance.  This should resolve any issue customer has filed withe BBB.
