    Terrible customer service! Gray haired woman working at the front desk has a bad attitude and got offended when I questioned the refund policy for dentures. I understand that they are discounted significantly, but lower income people don't deserve to be treated the way this dental office is treating them. It's a SCAM. You pay before ever talking to the doctor and the way their policy reads is that it's their discretion on whether or not to issue a partial refund on dentures. I walked out as soon as I sensed the attitude from the receptionist. She was really offended that I was leaving and urged me to hand over the paperwork I had already filled out. I took it all with me for fear of her getting ahold of my personal info. Will never consider this office again and I will tell all of my friends to stay away from it as well.

    From the first day of going to this clinic I can say the receptionist is the RUDEST person I have ever met. I work customer service for the county i live it and this is totally unacceptable. She needs to be fired, no one should talk to people the way she does. The doctor is the same RUDE! I wish i would have gone to the Destin Clinic. I cant believe yall are still in business. The denture you made me is a piece of crap! The teeth don't even line up correctly! When I called back the time had run out. I live in Niceville Florida and yall gave me false information about how thing would be handled. I had to make multiple trips to the office that was not told to me, yall said it would be done it separate visits not have to make multiple trips. I would not refer my dog to this office. I want corporate to know how these people treat people. The lady at the front desk needs to go. Why dont you get someone to go there and see what i am talking about. Send her to class on how to be NICE TO PEOPLE.
