            My grandmother passed away in October 2022. She had already paid for a package including the death certificate yet they charged my mother and her siblings again for the death certificate. This was brought to their attention and a refund was requested in Nov 2022. Nothing has been received. The funds should be returned to the family.

            July of 2021 I purchased a vase, base, and my grandmother's marker was to be completed. It is now almost two years later and none of what I paid for has been completed. I live out of state, I have family members reaching out upset regarding the unfinished lot. I am beyond furious seeing this will now be the fifth time I have reached out to have what I paid for be completed. No one returns your phone calls, or emails. I've left my name and number with reception over and over. To disrespect grieving families is such a disgrace. My family deserves so much more than such disrespect. Such a shame, I will NEVER recommend Bayview Fisher-Pou Chapel & Memorial Park.
