      I have been a patient there for several years. Yesterday I was 16 minutes late for my appointment. I called and asked if I could still come in and was told yes. When I got there, it was exactly 16 minutes past my apt time. I was informed I would be listed as a "a no show" and would have to reschedule due to their time limit for lateness was exactly 15 minutes - not a minute over. The appointment they wanted to give me is a month away. I will not be going bad and I will share my negative experience with anyone and everyone I can.

      Thank you for being a patient of Dr. Terrezza's. It's unfortunate that you were late for your scheduled appointment, but our office policy dictates a 15 minute grace period for all our patients. Because you were more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we needed to reschedule your appointment time. It's unfair to other patients that come to their scheduled appointment on time. We understand things happen, but in order to provide excellent patient care, the provider requires a scheduled amount of time to provide that care to all his patients. Rushing an appointment would've been a disservice to our commitment to excellence. I'm sorry that our policy inconvenienced you, and we wish you the best. We don't like losing patients, and that is not our intent. However, we also understand patients have the right to go elsewhere due to a disagreement with our office policy for tardy patients. We will be more than happy to transfer records to your new provider with a records release signed from your new provider.
