My family and I made several efforts to reach out to Charles Stallions Realty Inc., and of the many times I called during their supposed business hours, I was unable to get a response through phone nor email. My family managed to barely get a hold of them and only twice did they reach out to my family. As for filling out the application online for a rental, they were asking for more information than was necessary. We gave all the information they requested and kept asking for more, claiming it wasn't enough when most other realty businesses would tell us that we gave them all they requested. When we wanted to back out and told them we were no longer interested before they could do a background check, they refused to give us a refund. No service should mean no payment. I do not see how my family and I are going to get our money back from this business. I looked into Charles Stallions Realty and found some red flags on Yelp from other people that have had experiences with this company, but nothing on BBB. I should have done so first, so this was a lesson to me not to immediately file an application before researching into a realty company. Therefore, I am filing this review as a warning to other parties that may think they are interested, do not do business with Charles Stallions Realty. There is something fishy and scammy about this company, and I don't how they are still in operation.

Please let me know who you are and what property as we do not have and info on this name or email. As to our request for more info we use a third party source to verify and unless it was you financials due to not making 3 times the amount of rent I cannot think of anything that would prevent you from renting from us as we do not have credit score minimum unlike All other companies. First off, the company refused to work with me and refund my family for services not provided, so why should I work with them about the rental on ******** ***? Seriously, considering how many other people have had problems? That's why I filed with the Better Business Bureau. Maybe take a hint, Charles Stallions Realty Services Inc. and quit doing questionable things e.g. abusing tenants and ticking off the rental owners that have done business with you in the past.
