    I went late at night to order food for myself and my daughter. Upon arriving home I discovered the food to be old and have a nasty taste. I ordered late at night so I waited until the next day to call and inform them due to me assuming the business would be closed. I called to report that I still had the food and I would like a refund or for it to be remade. The manager stated that since it was the next day he could only mail a coupon. I informed that since i ordered late I had no choice but to wait. He was rude and when I asked for his general manager contact information he refused and stated I could just file a complaint online he can't give out that information.

    Dear Customer,

    We have to apologize for not executing here. We will improving the training of our newer Shift Leaders and Managers so that they can have better wisdom and problem solving skills for complaints of this nature. This is our livelihood and it matters greatly to us to try and rectify any customer issues. We do not give out personal numbers for our Managers for quality of life purposes. However, our General Manager from the establishment will reach out to speak with you and try to make it right. We appreciate you as a customer and appreciate that you care about our brand enough to reach out to directly.
