    This company was the worst. It took them over a year to finely get my roof in right. My roof now leaks in three places and these people don’t answer the phone. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

    I just want to post a warning about Secured Roofing and Restoration to READ THE CONTRACT before you sign it. Everything was going smoothly with our new roof, we were happy with the crew and the job until we discovered a stray nail had punctured our AC line. The representative we worked with told us they would cover the cost to repair the AC up to the amount quoted by the AC person we hired so we went ahead with the repair. When it came time to pay for the second half of the roof job we paid all but the cost of the AC repair. This led to our rep's boss calling and demanding that we pay the full amount as the contract we signed stated they were not liable for AC damages unless we could prove the line was correctly installed by the original AC installer. Long story short it was an impossible task and our roof cost us $1,500 more than we bargained for due to the AC issue. Make sure you read your contract with this group because they will hold you to the letter and it could cost you a pretty penny like it did us.

    Kevin Light was awesome to work with, hands on throughout the entire process. He answered our questions and worked with us from start to finish. The roofing crew was just as awesome. On time, worked non-stop to get everything done in one day. Got it all done even in the heat and daily rainstorms, workhorses to say the least. The cleanup was great as well. Our new roof looks fantastic. Couldn't be happier and would recommend Secured Roofing and Kevin Light in a heartbeat!! ********
