My son was in an accident on March 16. A& H towing were called because it's the towing company that the local police use for towing after car accidents. My son and I were instructed by the police to take everything out of the car and keep his key fob in the car for the towing company to have access to the car, which we did. We actually stayed with the car and watched the representative (Jason) drive the vehicle on to the tow truck. After the adjuster gave us an estimate the vehicle was to be towed to a body shop. Once the vehicle was at the body shop we received a call asking us to bring in the key fob to the car. Which we left with the vehicle. The last time my son and I saw the vehicle was the day of the accident. So, I called A&H towing and inquired about the key fob when (Tommy) answered the phone saying the key was here when you son came to get his things out of the car. I said, "My son hasn't seen his car since the accident, there's not reason for him to. The only person who came out to the vehicle was the adjuster which is a female. Then Tommy said, "O I got it mixed up" and proceeded to tell how they've never lost a key. He then said give me 15 mins and call back. After 15 minutes he said that he doesn't have the key and another towing company has it and to call back around noon. After I call back he said he had no luck locating the key and that he would have a key made that day. This was on Friday May 28th and Today is June 1st and still no key. I called back today to see what was holding up process when dispatch answered the phone and reported no management was in the office and that there's not a direct number for management or owners. Instead she would have to dispatch a message to them. This has been a stressful ordeal, let alone the accident, this company has loss the key to the vehicle which cost around $200-300 dollars and now the work on the car is at holt because of the run around.
