  Ms. Brandy sold me a defective tiny home that I intended to use a my primary residence. I have fallen on very hard times and I am at risk of immediate homelessness. When I saw the ad for the home, I communicated to Brandy that I needed the home to live with my daughter. I explained my difficult situation and repeatedly explained that I needed to live in the home. It would require for it to be moved (towed) to another location, which she also knew. I paid her my last $500 and set up a Go Fund me for the rest. She took the money from Go Fund. I consulted with 3 different movers, and all 3 told me that the home can’t be moved! They stated it is very obvious it cannot be moved or it will fall apart. They stated that should have been disclosed to me because I told her that I planned to move the home and live in it. Brandy now refuses to respond and refund the money. And I am literally one week away from being homeless. This is my only hope! Since I cannot live in the house, I desperately need the refund so that I do not end up homeless. If Brandy does the right thing, I will gladly remove this message. But as of right now, I believe fraud was committed against me. Brandy works or worked for BeachBum Towing at the time of the sale. That is even more reason to be aware I would not be able to move the home. Please BeachBum Towing and Brandy, do the right thing and give me my money back.

  I spoke with her and sent photos advised her that this was a building that was on the property we had it needed to be moved. I sent her the pictures like I did everyone else as well as the address the building could be seen at. I advised her we did not build this and I had no clue about it other that what the pictures showed she stated she did not care she wanted it. She ask if she put a deposit down would we hold it for her I advised her it needed to me moved asap. She put a deposit down and stated that she had someone to move the building. She was advised that the building was as is and let her know it was non refundable as there was so many people intrested that we could sell it. Not sure what happened on her end saturday but she stated she wanted her money back and I better do it right away I advised her that the building was sold as is as she was told. She did not make her final payment till Friday night I worked with her to try to help in all was gave her the address told her to go look at it told her to make sure she could find a mover like I told every other person who responded I advised her to relist it and she did asking more than what she paid. She has also given people my number to call me to help her sale this and I have did nothing but try to help her.. I responed to her facebook messages until she started making demand and threats where I blocked her. I have spoke to all the people she has given my number out to. They said they can not get information from her she has been unwilling to give them information for them to buy it.
