    I was happy with this service until it came time to get paid back my escrow fund. You don’t get it back at once it’s broke down into payments. Which wouldn’t be a issue if they would pay it when promised. They are two months past due on the monthly payments and it’s nearly impossible to get any communication from them about my other 16k. I’ve written over and over again and continued to be ignored.

    ****** Because of claims, FMCSA allows Surety Bonds to hold all escrow for 6 (SIX) months. If a broker gets a share, the carrier can put in a claim up to 6 months after the Broker closes. The escrow payments are paid when the 6 (SIX) months are up. You canceled your Starting on April 5, 2022, you are on FMCSA for an additional 30 days and then your BMC-85 falls off. Your escrow payments started on October 17, 2022, and the amounts are: $3,884.55, January 6, 2023, amount of $7,769.10, March 31, 2023, amount of $3,884.55, and April 28, 2023, in the amount of $3,884.45, all done via wire transfers and all total the amount was $19,433.65 paid in full. As per all Loan Agreements that the Brokers sign, they agree to the payment of their escrow payments back to send at that point, 6 (SIX) months into payments, because Transport Financial Services LLC does not receive all broker payments at one time, we do pay every Broker within the FMCSA and DOT ruling.     Transport Financial Services, LLC (TFS) has been my BMC-85 Trust Fund Bond holder since 2011. They make sure that my company stays legal with the FMCSA, DOT, keeps me updated on all new rules and regulations that has changed. When President Trump changed NAFTA and made it better for United States, Mexico and Canada (USMCA) they gave me the great news and the update.

    TFS is not just a company it is a team of professionals all striving to make their clients number one. Marold, Rosemarie and the rest of the team has always been there for my company and I have passed their name to other companies starting in the transportation industries.
