      The BEST Tree Service in NW Florida! We were in awe of Eager Beaver Professional Tree Care, LLC! Crew of four Beavers arrived two weeks ahead of anticipated service. Everyone from initial contact Troy, to scheduler Jennifer were professional, timely, honest. Beavers: Alex, Brett, Brandon and Andrew delivered over-the-top job [exceeded bid specifications], AND continued cleanup long after I’d paid and given Beavers a generous and well-deserved tip. My wife and I enjoyed watching hard and diligent work from the young Beavers. [FUN CREW: one Beaver riding our rope swing made me start worrying about liability if he swung over the roof. But Eager Beaver is licensed and insured.] Price: Eager Beaver easily out bid ALL competitors we could find. We got bids from three other companies. * The TOP TWO ranked BBB businesses were OVER 4X Beaver bid! * [Eager Beaver beat runner up by $50;; incidentally, that firm had done our trees for 15 years, and we wanted to re-hire them; however, it had changed hands and the new philosophy grated on us.] Service: * The TOP TWO ranked BBB businesses responded days after the estimate, and were NOT communicative at all. Fortunately, we consulted our landscaping services: BOTH firms [A+ BBB] could not do large oaks, and BOTH recommended Eager Beaver Professional Tree Care, LLC! Thus, we elected to ignore BBB and go with advice from lasnscaping people we knew who dealt with tree trim services. We will thank them for their help! Beavers were a FUN CREW, one guy riding our rope swing way over the house Amazing detail-oriented cleaning of first oak and it carried over to all other trees. Hard workers… These guys deserved our tip. Equipment was a green “nifty SP50” crane that navigated our back yard with almost zero impact; a chipper ate all debris as Beaver crew carried and fed it in our drive. VERY IMPRESSED!!!! Very happy with Eager Beaver Professional Tree Care, LLC!

      Horrible. It took 11 scheduled appointments for them to cut down two trees. They did not clean up after themselves and left the ground up tree in my yard. Very unprofessional. They need to be investigated by you and the county.
