      Financed a 2013 chrysler 200 in November2021, all my payments been on time, have had to have it towed 6 times to them, tonight has pushed me over the limit 2 weeks ago , the last time I had it towed to them at my expense of course, my engine blew, mind u I work all the time and my work is 5 miles away so not like in drag racing or cross country driving I go to work and back home, my cars engine blew 2 weeks ago, 3 days ago they call and say hey cars fixed, I'm thinking great! Wrong since I got it back 3 days ago it is loud now, over heating , lights keep going on and off on dash , the etc light goes on then I lose acceleration, which lead me to tonight, on the way home going 45 the tailpipe started smoking deep white smoke , this pos car goes from 45 to 20 in 2 seconds of the man in the semi behind me wasn't paying attention I'd be dead, I want this car out if my life, why do I have to pay for a car that don't even run right, now have to tow it back to them at my expense all this money, for what? Take it back!!!!! Or trade me!!!!!! I wi not stop until something is done. I will go to the news to wherever I have to go , crooks. I could've died tonight in the "fixed car" ya and the new engine looks alot bigger than my old one!!

We have reached out and made arrangements with her to come by the store next week to look at options to either trade her current vehicle or we will provide a mutual release, whichever she prefers. In the meantime, we are making arrangements to have the Chrysler 200 brought to our service department at our expense.       I purchased this vehicle from JD Byrider on December 27, 2021. I am still waiting on my paperwork to get my car registered in Alabama. They never returned my old tag from my previous car. It is now the 27th of February and I still haven't received any paperwork. They have told me they would email me but never received an email. I also have been having a hard time trying to get ahold of them. It took me three days to schedule an appointment with them to look at my car for a noise it had been making since I purchased it. When I brought the car in, I was told to drop off and they'd call when it was ready. We sat in the parking lot from 8:30am-2:30pm before anyone acknowledged that we were still waiting for my car. They never told us that it would need to stay for 2 days. We cannot do that as we live an hour and a half away and I'm currently a student at University of South Alabama. I am also doing a deferred payment so my car payment isn't even going through until April. I am not sure if the deferred is going to my trade in or if it was just part of the "down payment"

      I was sold a vehicle with extreme miles on it and issues that were pre existing, released from contract my with paperwork to prove it, and now the company is threatening to harm my credit with repo. The car was personally returned by me and not repossessed when they attempted to overcharge me for services that were supposed to be included in my warranty to begin with, which were my oil change, the cap for my oil was left off for two whole days before I was made aware of it, my break light was out still after they had 'fixed' it, my sun visor fell out and was never fixed, my drivers side door would not lock with my key only the passenger side, and my AC went out which is what they were trying to overcharge me for in the first place . Not to mention the day I took it to get it fixed I was told it was gonna be a job that took two hours and they held my car for over twenty-four hours . My car was purchased on April 27, 2021 and broke down by August 6, 2021 .
