    My wife’s parents had them out for maintenance check a few weeks ago.They did a good job technician was great and very versed in AC. I work in industry as well but on the parts side. Only thing I would say is the price for are maintenance was extremely expensive. Paid over 150$ for just one maintenance check. If I knew it was this much I would have had another company do it as most companies are under 80$ without a maintenance plan. Which is what we got with cold zone, non contract maintenance and it was over 150$. My mom’s unit is in a closet easy access to indoor and outdoor. Only 4 year old system as well. Gave the rating a 3 star due to price and also we also office seemed very unorganized while on phone. The person was very nice on phone but seemed to not know a lot and could hear a guy in background telling her what to say. But reality is the tech is what counts and ours was great. Very personable, super down to earth, explained a lot, even helped my mom get out of her chair and into her walker. 5 star for tech Cheers all
