    This clown show of a business is a circus. Had an (open permit) from the inspector who can to inspect the HEATWAVE HEATING COOLING and PLUMBING A/C unit instillation. Inspectors note: Failure notes AH wire is 10, which is good to 30 amps. AH heater calls for a max of 35 and min of 32. Wire not big enough, need to either lower heater or run new wire to meet required amps These so-call "professionals" lack the skills wiring CORRECTLY to match amps needed.Contacted the manager by the name of Elija Theviot . This man is a joke.. Avoided my calls 7 times.. One excuse after another.. from " he's not in the office" " he will get back to you soon" yadda yadda.. .. Not even close. finally after i called him out for avoiding my calls , this is what he had to say. , I quote, " we will resolve the issue **** I'll get back to you soon".. Never heard from him again.. " waited and waited.. These CLOWNS took advantage of a bedridden woman who had no HEAT in her master bedroom due to the incompetence of HEATWAVE HCP ****** mind you, can't sell my mom's house until this issue is resolved.. Hired another A/C company to cleaned up the mess. Contacted the OWNER by email by the name of *** ***********.. Another coward who didn't want to pay $2,000 out of pocket for his companies mistake.. Never got back with me.. I'll be sure to spread the news in ******* about this company and their practices on a bedridden woman..

    The worst service I have ever received from a heating/cooling company. The owner is just a sales person. In reality, even a one star is too many for this company.

    Had them come out for an estimate 3+ years ago after they were informed that we went with another company they continue to harass me with phone calls and text's including another 1 today 3/20/24 i have asked numerous times to be taken off the list and the last time the person who said they were the owner told me to bad we will keep calling you.

    We are sorry you got a text message from us. There was a software glitch and every single person in our system got an unscheduled unplanned automated text message. We have been apologizing all week to people for it, it was nothing we did wrong personally, it was a system error. I apologize again.

    Heatwave is a a terrible company. I hired them to fix a AC unit and agreed to the trip charge. When the tech was in the property, he said he changed 1 wire (later found out from another company that was a lie) it still didn’t fix my issue and only after he gave up did he inform me that none of his work was covered under my 12 year parts and labor warranty, to fix the unit he stated I needed a $1000 part and it might need to be replaced several times and each would be out of pocket. He said I should just replace my unit that is only 1 year old. I said that was extremely unreasonable and then he said the total for that day was $3600 and after I questioned the charge he said he would only charge me $650. I asked for an itemized bill and he refused. No company should be able to adjust the total for services by $2,900 in the matter of 30 seconds. He was simply trying to get as much as he could without fixing anything at all. This company should be investigated and shut down for such actions.

    You called  us out to service a non working unit that we didnt install, another contractor did, Sunset Air, and they couldnnt figure out what was wrong with it after 8 days of working on it. We diagnosed the problem with the burnt up wiring, we have pictures of proof. Presented you with options to repair the wiring, and additional items that Daikin recommends for those systems that the installing company neglected sell  you when they sold the   system they were unqualifed to  work on. you declined the Daikin Manufacturer recommendations and only had us  fix  the burnt wiring for $649. There is noting deceiftful about anything, you didnt  have to approve the repairs you could  have  called  another contractor  for another opinion like  you called us   when your original contractor couldnt  figure it out, there is a reason why  Daikin recommended us to you to fix it, because we know what we are doing, we did not repair your unit then give you a bill. You authorized the repairs and the amount of the price before we procedeed. Now 7 months later you are writing  nasty reviews all  over the internet when all we did was  help you out  with a unit we didnt  sell  you in the middle of summer. Sorry your so disgruntled, please take that up  with the installing contractor who sold you something installed improperly.

    Just goes to show you how uninformed and unorganized this establishment is. You claim in your response that you diagnosed the issue and repaired a wire, but still left the unit not working? Not much of a repair if your company leaves the unit not working. You dont even have the correct name of the initial installers, whom no longer service Charlotte county. They are a ****** certified contractor. Instead of trying to find out how to make this right, you insist on spreading lies to justify the poor quality of service your company provides. I asked for a month to get a detailed receipt with a breakdown of the repair to submit to ****** for my 12 year parts and labor warranty, You simply refused and you refuse to address the fact I have a warranty with said manufacturer. Im just trying to let others in my situation understand your company wont honor the ****** warranty and to avoid trying. I did not authorize the repair of 1 wire for $650. *** said since the beginning, I was more than willing to pay the $100 trip charge for the opinion of the tech who came out but the rest was a total surprise and your tech knew that when we tried to charge me $3600. Again, this place is a scam and other reviews show it.

    Run, don't walk away from this company.They engage in questionable business practices at best.They purport to be authorized dealers for a particular line of AC units when they're not. Call them for warranty service, and you will be ghosted. That's because they aren't authorized to do warranty work, and when forced to complete a repair, are buying the parts etc. themselves to maintain the fiction.They sold my 85 yo mother a unit in February of 2022. The unit has a 10 year parts and labor warranty. They never applied for a permit, the finished work was never inspected. Specific skirting erected by the exterminating company was removed and never reinstalled. Included in the agreed upon estimate was basic duct work rerouting and a new plenum. Not done.Texts and emails to the owner, a *****************************, went unanswered.Apparently there are multiple lawsuits against this company as well as unresolved issues with Pasco County Building Inspector's office.This is a very poor company to do business with. Horrendous customer service, misleading sales practices, dishonest office employees and a ghost of an owner.Also, the original salesman was uncareful enough to leave the invoice for the original unit in the folder he handed over.The dead cost of the entire unit with labor to install was about $2400. Heatwave charged my mother $7625. That's a bit more than 3 times their cost.Lovely people.

    *** is a fabulous technician. He replaced my water heater in my attic all by his self (2 man job).I couldnt thank him enough for his hard work. There was a big mix up with the scheduling. Other then that, the workmanship was on point. Thank you Heatwave
