  Horrible company. Was charged for another round of product without my consent or authorization. Would not consent to a refund. Spoke with 4 different operators, 2 of which hung up on me. The internet is full of consumers with discontent for this company.

  I purchased the following web site said one price and was billed another. They did not respond back after several e-mails and due to the price, which should have been buy three at 119. and get three free and then they put in the KetoDrops that I did not realize was added to my order. They refused to give me a credit on my bankcard and again am trying to see if I can return the product for a full refund. They advertised through ********* I have not seen their ad lately. Something should be done with this company. Then they added they would ship every so often which is paperwork I received from my bank. I tried to call their customer service number to return the product and they want for you to leave a message.   When I purchased the Keto gummies I read the fine print to determine if it would be a reoccurring charge. It specifically stated it was a one time charge. Today I found a charge on my card for more product I did not authorize. They refused to reimburse the full amount sent it was already sent. They are scammers. Wish I had other recourse.

  This order went through before I agreed and the website went down. My bank will not remove as I did fill in the purchase order but it was a scam. The website does something and never gives a confirmation number, so you are locked into buying over $240 worth of **** Video claimed it would help reduce blood pressure. It was CBD gummies. Never going to take them, in the trash they ********** products stated they would give me a 35% discount and they still have not done so. DO NOT FALL FOR this, but unfortunately the web site is so sneaky you probably already did. Some government agency needs to look into this company.

  After reading reviews here I went back and read all of the terms and conditions. It states that if you are on meds for heart condition not to take. I called them had them stop subscription and ask for refund, I never opened the package, ask for refund the refused, stating all sells were final. This was a hard ****** to learn Cost me $299.98. Check with BBB and read all terms and conditions before paying.

  I found a website on twitter that discuss their business products. I ordered only two bottles but was charged for 6 bottles and a cleanse. I was charged for almost $300. I argued that I only wanted two bottles and they refused. I was offered $104 back. I researched my bank statement and called another number that I found through the company website. The representative stated that since I took the refund that I was not allowed to get a full refund. I immediately called my bank and got a fraud report started for a refund. This website is a fraud.   I ordered Keto gummies that were advertised for $ 39.99. Immediately after submitting, my bank sent me a text saying there was suspicious activity and it had declined a $239.99 charge submitted by "Opti-Med". My bank advised me to log into my account and verify the declined charge. I did so and was sent a message saying that I could continue to use my card safely. Later that day, I checked my balance and found that Opti-Med had Reversed the charge but there was another charge for $239.99 by Asure Priducts. My bank did not decline that charge. I have emailed Asure Products telling them to Cancel as I did not order anything from them. I have filed a dispute with my bank but still have not received my money or any response from Asure Products. This company and Opti-med are assisting each other in fraudulent actions.

  I placed an order a month ago and received it, but then my bank sent me a fraud alert for $239.99 today because this company was trying to charge me again and I knew I had already paid for it a month ago. I contacted the bank and they did indeed receive payment at that time. I contacted the company and was told I had signed up for a monthly subscription and had not. They told me they canceled it and sent me an email; however, the email had no company name or contact information on it. Rather "fishy" and there product claims are not valid. Also, I never received order confirmations as others have stated. I confronted the customer representative and she had no idea but kept telling me it was canceled. Fortunately, my bank declined the transaction due to the fraud aspect. Now I can't use my debit card, since it is on hold, until I feel confident they are not going to try and charge me again. I don't want to cancel my card because it is such a hassle, but I may have to.

  Now I know to read the BBB website about possible companies that are scammers. Asure Products is definitely a phony/shady company. Called immediately within the hour to the customer service number to cancel the weightloss gummies since I realized that their advertising for this product was false. They used photos of a new fit, *************************** in false ads on-line, saying she used this product. FALSE! I tried to get a full refund each time I called; they all had the same rap about final sale!!! Ridiculous. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! I am still trying to get my money back from them and did call my bank to give a scam alert! NO STAR RATING.....I am now on a mission to get a full refund!!!!!

  Total fraud! Realized the website was a scam as soon as I provided my info..no order summary with prices shown as customary when ordering products. No submit order button. No confirmation email although you provide it. Had to **** down their phone number and called immediately to cancel. No order to be found. Think they lied. Called again. Same story. Called my bank; no help there. Would not cancel this prevent this from pending. Had to wait until they robbed my funds to dispute the claim. **** regulation they said. What a system. Had to wait a month and 1/2 for the claim to be denied since they did send me the product. Still no order # was ever given, even after the bank provided me with their nonsense reject letter. They advised me to call them back and try to return. The paperwork they sent said their is a 1 month time frame to return which was passed since the charge back/complaint took so long and was denied anyway. Called customer service and they stated they have a no return policy. Glad I had canceled the card I had used so no "subscription" could be charged. Will not order anything from ******** ever again. I should have known better but there should be some kind of recourse for this blatant fraud. No star real rating.
