      My quote included the replacement of rotten wood in the soffit and facia, of which two tiny pieces were jaggedly jig-sawed into place on the front soffit, where they had to be adjusted and sanded flush before painting. Why the entire small panel wasn't replaced is baffling. Other rotten parts were simply ignored. My paint contractor noticed the decay and inquired if I wanted it painted over or wait for the roofer to replace it. Soffit vents were left lying on the ground. When the gutters were removed, only the aluminum was taken and the mostly rotting wooden mounting blocks were left in place without removing to inspect the fascia wood underneath for rot. Then new trim was run over the top of the blocks, requiring me (was advised to do it myself) to **** the trim and hammer the blocks out before bending the trim a 2nd time back towards its original position.Emails to the company as well as texts with photos were sent to the owner's cellphone.All attempts to contact them have gone unanswered.
