We leased a RV from Bayside RV in February 2022. When we first moved in we had propane leak but it did get resolved. The company never registered the RV in our name, when the sticker was due to be renewed we never received sticker or received the registration in our name. The plates expired in June, we could never do anything regarding the camper due to the registration not being in our name DMV said we didn't own it so couldn't do anything. We had a leak with our air conditioner. When I notified the guy that worked on the camper about it, he told me to have someone clean the drain around the air conditioner on the roof. When I had a repair guy check it, he said that the drain was clear but there was 2 layers on the roof and the water that was supposed to drain in a drain was running between the 2 layers and that it had rotted out the one layer. The whole roof would need replaced and the air stopped working. We had electric issues from day one. Could never run the air or furnace at the same time run microwave or the electric water heater. The light on the propane indicator would come on as if there was no propane and we had full tank. There is was black mold in the cabinet in the living area. We were gave 24 hours to have everything out of the camper and have it cleaned. Since we didn't get it cleaned and everything out or water and sewer lines off or the slide put in. The guy from Bayside Mark got very rude and hateful and yelled at me. He said he would take us to court and hunt us down Toby he ends of the earth. I put all that in an email.
