    I purchased 2 3500 lbs drop axles and 1 was bent before using it back in 05/2023. After returning the bent axle a couple of days after purchased and having everyone blame me for it being bent they sent it to dexter for further evaluation. Since then no one has returned any of my calls or given me an update. I will never do business with Davis Custom Trailer they are great to take your money but they are garbage when it comes to fixing problems. Bad customer and manager services. Never again this is bs that I have to feel like I'm being robbed. I haven't gotten my money back nor my broke or evaluated axles 4 months later. May God give yall what you deserve

    I have been dealing with this business for a few years now and all I can say is that 5 stars are not enough. I have a total of 7 trailers and it takes a lot to keep them all maintained. Karen, Mercedes and the entire staff are always accommodating and courteous. Even though their bread and butter is in repairs, I am a DIY guy and they are always happy to guide me through any jobs i am not familiar with. and they still only recommend the parts that i actually need. They have gone out of their way to provide me with the best service and lowest prices I have found anywhere. Definitely recommend this business.
