    I just had fresh sod replacement in March and hired Green Team to maintain it. At first the were doing good then the service started to slack with the over spraying of the grass turning brown. I notified them when brown patches started to show. They assured me that they would rectify the problem. The problem got worse. It's 6 months later and they are claiming that they didn't over spray and kill the grass. First they wanted to charge me to fix their problem. I refused and placed the service on hold until the issue is resolved. Now they are stating that l canceled the service when l did not. I feel that I've been taken advantage of. Ive had other lawn care companies come out and explained that Green Team over sprayed and do not want to replace the grass they killed. This is too long to rectify the problem and now they are stating that the soil is dry and there's crab grass. When you have not service a property in that amount of time of course you'll have weeds. At this point I've been more than reasonable and will attain an attorney for damages to replace the 3.5 pallets of Provista sod that was purchased in April 2023. I've had only your service and now your claiming the heat hits to hard and that's why the grass looks the way it does when the pervious year the heat was the same and no issues then. So now what is the problem? You're trying to get of a problem your company has caused and don't want to replaced the grass you damaged. You're not a irrigation specialist stating that the ground is dry. Why would l water what is now dirt and crab grass smh. The rest of my property is Green such as bushes, shrubs and plants. Some of the shrubs were sprayed and haven't bounced back and had to be replaced. They didn't replaced that. I'm asking for my sod to be replaced. I'm not asking for labor of workers, the amount to pull up dead grass to replace it. I think I'm being more than reasonable with this request. These are before pics May 2023 and after pics July 2024

    We have been servicing this property since July of 2023. The last service was provided on 6/18/24. It has been almost 7 months since we have serviced this property. Customer was informed by the manager that the yard was extremely dry throughout the entire property. We did offer a solution back on 7/25/24 which consisted of three free service calls to help with weeds and bare spots. Customer refused to continue to pay for service, Customer stated she called in June, but our records indicate the first call was in July.

If you remedy the problem you caused by over spraying at your cost not mine if would be acceptable. This problem started in May and went on throughout June. I paused service until you fixed what you damaged. I.never canceled because that let's you off the hook. No will not go behind and fix.your F**k **** Plus l was advised by my attorney not to let no one touch.the property. I have no grass due to your awful services. So why would l water dirt.and crab grass. Clearly you caused and problem and lied about it and don't want to fix what you messed up. You will pay one way or another. You keep delaying an answer of replacing my grass. So this time less go to corporate and resolve this or l will see you in court. Everything is documented before this lying manager came on.scene. You have refused to allow us to service and refused to pay your bill. The issues in your lawn were not caused by us.     I am rejecting this response because: You are responsible for what you did doing that time of service. Now you didn't provide service  for what you damaged. Instead you offer options for me to pay for what you damaged which is wrong that's not a solution. A Solution is fixing the problem you started without charging the customer. You said you provided options what options? It seems like you want to play the race card because l am a female and I'm not of the white race, but your other manager agree you did damaged my lawn but he's no longer there l wonder why. The service l was paying for kept getting worse every time, so why keep paying for a service that getting worse every time you service the property.  Yes you are the blame for the damaged you caused to my lawn. You have not offer any reasonable solution to your error, but trust when it's all said and done YOU ARE AT FAULT. The pictures shown are results of your service before the 6 months no service. The yard still looks the same no difference.  So don't play games with me.

    I have called and file numerous complaints with the company in regards to services not being completed. I pay on a monthly basis for the lawn to be cut the shrubs to be trimmed and the lawn to be treated for weeds and pests but their service is on a whenever they want to show up basis. theres been times that 2 weeks go by and the grass has not been cut. Also, the shrubs have been trimmed maybe 3 times in 5 months. regarding treating the lawn, Im not sure what they are spraying or if they even show up because my yard is full of weeds, and you would think that after five months of being treated, it would not have any. I have pictures from five months ago, showing the same weeds in the same place as today what exactly are they treating? Ive been told that I will get a refund for the weeks that they do not complete the services, but I have yet to see any refunds.

    your records are incorrect. As you can see on the attached Screenshots and pictures I have spoken to numerous managers and called you guys numerous times to report that the lawn had not been serviced. The reason why the shrubs are higher than usual is because they havent been cut in months so of course theyre gonna keep growing until someone cut them.  Also, the pictures show how my yard has weeds everywhere if you guys are treating it since March as you guys are supposed to there is no reason for my yard to be full of weeds. Manager was just here this past Friday and has agreed that my yard looks terrible for having been Service for over six months. He said he would talk to the Law people as well and call me back with the resolution. I have not heard from anyone.

    You want to refund me for the month that you just charged and services havent been performed???

    I need this month refunded and at least 2 more months. Ill be happy to pull my phone statements to show you I have called and complained month after month after month numerous times, not to mention that now I have to pay a real lawn service extra money to trim all of the shrubs that your company never trimmed 

    I got 2 quotes that charges ****** just to trim the shrubs to the size they are supposed to be. In addition I have to hire a company to come spray and treat the lawn for weeds bc its full of them. 

    your company has been scamming me taking my money for services not performed. 

    I have video cameras all around my property. if you say your team did the work then send me a list of the days they completed the services (lawn and spray) and  Ill be happy to pull the videos.

    Based on a flyer left on my door, I hired this company to handle lawn care at my house. The flyer (front and back) are in the uploaded attachments. I signed up for both lawn care (premium service, $95 per month) and fertilization ($70 per month). I have had their service since February 2024. The problem is that they are not doing all that was agreed upon and they are causing damage to the lawn. Recently things have gotten worse. Their lawn crew refuses to do some of the items on the flyer. Their lawn crew will not do other things unless present to tell them to do it (often under protest).

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This problem started way before meeting with ******.  ****** acknowledged there were problems and promised they would be taken care of.  Since then things have gotten worse.  The lawn crew came out twice since and has cut the grass so low that it is now browned/burned out.  Prior to their visit, we had green.  This is visible in the pictures that were initially attached.

    Scotty or the Green Team delegate should review how many visits took place since I met with ******.  The pictures that were shared should be reviewed.  ****** should return to the property to see things in person.

    To give some additional perspective.  We have had issues for a long time before meeting with ******.  There were many prior attempts to get a manager to visit our property to review and address poor work done.  What got my wife and me more insistent was after we had new gutters installed (Mid July).  We put new downspout splash blocks.  The first visit from the lawn crew broke one of these splash blocks.  We informed Your Green Team.  They said they wanted pictures.  We provided them.  It was a cheap splash block, but it was careless actions on the lawn crew that cause the damage.  We were told it would be taken care of and replaced if necessary.  That was over a month ago for the replacement.  I inquired a few times and no action has yet to be taken.  

    As mentioned, we have the full service lawn package.  It is supposed to include "Weeding of flower beds".  They say they won't pull weeds in flower beds, I have challenged that it was on their flyer.  And it is still listed on their web page.  A cut and paste from their webpage, " in addition to spraying weeds in your flower bed, we hand-pull them as well."  They are refusing to hand-pull weeds.  IMO, they are false advertising their service.  You can find hand-pull referenced on this page:  ********************************************************************;

    There is our belief that Your Green Team will not take action to correct or fix what they did with out encouragement.   Since things are getting worse (not better), a BBB case was opened.

    I apologize for your poor experience with our company. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. As stated on the flyer, beds are weeded. You were informed VIA email on 12/27/23 by ***************** the weeds in the beds were sprayed with roundup. You understood this before signing up with the service. At this time, you have spoken with ****** and decided to cancel the account at the end of the month and we have agreed to credit you for one cut. The repair for the down spout should be completed this week.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    Green Team is not responding to the main part of the complaint.  They damaged my lawn (it still is damaged).  I really want them to fix their damage.  My neighbors do not have the same problem.  One doesn't have a irrigation system and their grass looks much better than mine.  Reimbursing for one cut must be a joke.  It doesn't solve the problem.  

    I have videos that I cannot attach (even in zip) from August 21st.  These videos clearly expresses that ****** knows something is wrong.  I wish they could attach.  Videos show ****** taking pictures and acknowledging that my yard took a dramatic downturn in the few weeks that he was previously there.  He also states he would have his fertilization team come out and figure out what happened (and fix it).  This has not happened yet. 

    The bed weeding is a sub part of the complaint.  They falsely advertise they do bed weeding by hand.  I provided the flyer in the original complaint.  Attached in this update is a pdf taken from their webpage.  It clearly calls out bed weeding by hand.  Their statement that I was old on 12/27/23 before signing up with them is a blatant mistruth.  I attached the only email I received from the Green Team on 12/27/23.  That email shows they would get back to me with a quote.  I looked for emails 3 days before and after 12/27/23, nothing from *****************.  I cannot find ever receiving an email from someone named *****************. 

    It wasn't until May or June that I complained to Green Team about bed weeding.  I first complained the office.  They said it would be addressed.  It didn't, so I started complaining to the crew on site.  They said they didn't and wouldn't hand pull.  They said they would only spray and that it would probably kill off flowers and the pineapples we have in the flower beds.  Regardless, I complained and their website still says they weed flower beds  by hand.

    Finally, there is still the issue of a splash block they damaged.  It was brand new (installed the week we put up gutters).  Green Teams first visit broke it.  Green team promised to replace.  That was in mid July.  Multiple discussions about it.  All resulting in no action, only promises to replace it.


    I have snapshots from my front yard camera, showing a weekly progression, where on August 10th they damaged the lawn and on the 15th, caused additional damage. The lawn has never recovered from those two very low cuts. I can provide these if desired.

    The Green team makes promises, but does not deliver on those promises.

The yard was not scalped, but was cut a little shorter than it should have been. We spoke with you and agreed to skip a week to allow it to grow back out.     Looking at your property you would be looking at $70 per month for the lawn fertilization, pest control, treating the weeds and any type of fungus issue, basically whatever we need to do to keep it Green, Healthy, Bug and Weed Free! This will also cover the fertilization of all the plants and trees and keep the bugs and disease off them as well.


    FULL LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES
    Your yard will be mowed on a weekly basis from April 1st during the growing season until Mid October, Then Bi-weekly during the Winter dormant season. It will be cut to the height best suited for your yard. All ***********;and bushes will be trimmed as needed or least once per month with the ************* Sidewalks, driveways and around flower bed areas will be edged and line trimmed. Driveway, sidewalks, and porches will all be blown off where access is available. Mower decks are also blown off in trailer before mowing commences as to not spread bugs, weeds, or disease into your yard. Also, smaller walk-behind mowers are used in order to not tear up or rut out your yard. Blades are also sharpened daily. Weeds in the flower beds and mulch areas will be sprayed with round up as needed. Any plants over 6ft are not included.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1)  The email address is not the email address on my account.  I acknowledge that email says you spray in, which your team never did until my wife and I complained to the lawn crew.  This was months after Green Team was hired.  Plenty of pictures on the ****** review showing how out of control your team let it go.  

    2)  I will look at the splash block in the morning.

    3)  The last lawn cut was on August 15th.  It has been two weeks and the grass has not recovered.  An example of my backyard is attached.  7/29 and 8/5 show a lot of green.  8/10 first time cut really low.  8/15 second time very low (a double tap).  8/28 (today), that does not look like recovery.  There are areas that are now just dirt.  And I think the pictures show this.  And the areas that are trying to come back are not nearly as green as it was before 8/10.  


    At this point I don't care about weeding or splash block, so we can stop talking about it.  The condition of the lawn has always been my primary grievance.  What the Green Team did on August 10th/15th and what resulted, I think is obvious why it remains a complaint.

    Your Green Team damaged my yard and the yard is still damaged.  No way would I keep paying a company that doesn't stand behind their work.  Darn right you guys were fired.  
    While I still employed Your Green Team, ****** acknowledged the damage done and he would address it.  I was told the fertilization team would come out and figure out the problem.  Once again I gave you a chance.  After a few days, I realized the same Green Team routine was in motion.  Keep pushing things back until they leave or give up is your companies motto.  So I fired you.  The conversation is on video.  That video will be added to my ****** review.  

    On top of that, you still haven't replaced the splash block you damaged.  Last week, your informed the BBB that it was going to be replaced today (meaning August 27th).  That did not happen and the same damaged splash block is sitting there.  I don't care much about a cheap splash block.  But I do care about keeping your word, and I will hold you to it.  You told me multiple times that it would be taken care of and I expect it to happen.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I am sending you 3 or 4 emails.  Each covering a different topic.  

    Email 1:  Splash block:  
    Attached are pictures of the splash block they damaged.  
    First picture is from August 5th.  This picture was taken and sent (on August 5th) to the Green Team at their request after I alerted them they damaged it.  It is pretty obvious they hit it with their weed whacker.  
    Also attached is a picture taken September 2nd.  Same splash block.  Still not replaced.  Same damage can be seen.

    On 8/28, The Green team stated this in the BBB response.
    "The splash guard was first reported to us on 8/5/24. It is being replaced today. This has been confirmed by ******."
     
    They did not replace it.  They said they would. I expect them to replace it.  But based on my experience, they will never replace it.  
    The pictures were taken with my phone and the pictures have metadata/timestamps.  
     
    Email 2:  Weeding
    Regardless of hand pulling or spraying,  They didn't do any of it.

    I started complaining to them in May about weeding.  I did that by phone.  Every time they would tell me it would be taken care of.  On July 15th, my wife yelled at me, so I started taking pictures so it was better documented. Here are pictures from July 15th.  It was not minor, it was out of control weeds.  If they were doing the "full service" that I paid for, they should have been doing something.  They sprayed once after that, only because we corned them.  The individual that sprayed complained about it the whole time.  I believe that was the only time any spray was done.  My wife got fed up and pulled the weeds in the front of our house herself after that.  

    If you refer back to email #1 about the splash block, you can see that the same weeds that are in the first picture are still present in the picture almost a month later.
     
    Email 3:  

    From the Green team response on 8/26
    "At this time, you have spoken with ****** and decided to cancel the account at the end of the month and we have agreed to credit you for one cut."

    This is not how I remember the conversation.  Because the grass was cut so low, the lawn crew was going to have the lawn crew **** a week and I would be credited back that week.  It was not an agreement / compensation for destroying my lawn.  Which, as you guessed it, I don't think they credited me anything.

    ****** was here twice.  First time was to see mistakes (missing spots, leaving clumps of grass on the yard, etc).  Second time was to see how they damaged the yard since his first visit. Here are videos from the second time he was here.
    ****************************4a31ffeb3ab74ef999c7e78832822448.mp4  ****** ****** says he took lots of pictures (all around my yard).  He knew something was wrong and said just that in this video.  
    ****************************33f4f1c4d4de40d9a7fd5dc35ddafcce.mp4   ****** about 30 second in, you hear ****** say "It wasn't like this last time", referring to his first visit.  He also says he was going to send out his fertilization people (which I also paid a separate fee for) to find out what was going on.  (Of course, that never happened).  You can hear him saying he knows why I am complaining.  The **** one cut was mentioned here too.  
    Note:  When grass is cut too low, it stresses the grass.  Keep stressing it, and it can kill the grass or cause disease. I expected their fertilization crew to come out and say what they did.
    My yard was never perfect, but what they did on August 10th and 15th did something to my lawn.  The progression tells a pretty clear story.

    Pictures were supplied to **** and should be on file (both with **** and on the complaint).  Here are some again for the visual.  They show the lawn in good shape for a month before their extremely low cuts.  And how it quickly went dead in many sections of the yard.  They are captured from my outdoor cameras, and dates are clearly listed on the pictures.  

    Email 4:  Green Team lawn crew retaliates

    August 10th, they were here to mow

     

    I know that the Green Team won't do anything to resolve their mistakes.  They choose to say they will and never do.  If the case needs to be closed, I do not want it closed saying I was satisfied with the businesses response.  Because I am not satisfied.  I want my BBB complaint to exist to alert others of this company's business practices.

    A representative of the company walked past a very large no soliciting sign And chose to leave a flyer on a newly painted porch floor. This caused the damage, which will force me to re-paint. This is unacceptable, and I feel violated in my own home.

    Your Green Team left a flyer in our mailbox (even though we're an HOA neighborhood that clearly states no soliciting) advertising a new customer special. We gave them a shot, they came out twice because after the initial visit we ended up with more bugs than before, and we opted to not use their service again. Flash forward to about a year later, I come home to one of their signs in our yard. Soon after that we started getting hounded about owing them $80 for service that we didn't agree to!!! They've now sent us to collections, saying we signed up for some kind of annual service. We absolutely did NOT sign up for anything!!!!!! To come out unannounced and presume we'd want their service is just unbelievable. What if we had moved? Who would they have billed then? We 100% dispute this charge and seek to have the bill removed from collections.

    We have been servicing this customer since June of 2023. The customer signed up for a reoccurring service and was last serviced on 12/27/23. We have been trying to collect payment since January 2024. We have called and left messages and emailed them as well. The customer never called in to cancel service, and they were called on 12/26/23 to inform we were coming to service the next day. If would have notified us they wanted to cancel service would not have been rendered. I have attached our history of contact attempts, record of our call ahead, and the after service summary report from 12/2024.

    This company is soliciting business in my sub division that has clearly posted sign it is illegal to do so. In addition they keep putting flyers in my home door that specifically has a sign visible saying no trespassing or soliciting yet they continue to violate my privacy and rights by leaving numerous flyers constantly

    I was a customer for 10 years, they slacked with their service and let chinch bugs eat my yard, when I started calling and emailing it took 3 weeks to get a service call, and they charged me for it. Now I'm left with dead grass to replace myself , they told me to wait 3 months and it might come back. When I complained too much they cancelled my service.

    I am rejecting this response because...your reasoning is that I killed the CRABGRASS myself, I did but there was no crabgrass before the bugs ate my grass and the crabgrass grew in place of that, I had to kill it so it would not spread all over, not sure what you expected me to do since nobody would come and talk to me. The right thing to do is to follow the whole timeline that was well documented and view the evidence instead of just stating I just killed my own grass. the photos attached were after the bugs came before it got worse while waiting for weeks for someone to show up while more grass was dying and the crabgrass grew in. I have asked over and over that I would like some sod to replace the dead grass, even ***** said in a service report that the sod would need to be replaced, isn't that part of the guarantee?

    We have used Your Green Team as a fertilizer, weed control, and pest control service since we first moved into our house in October 2022. We cancelled our pest control service with them back in March 2023 due to the large amount of bugs that we were getting and the paint damage that our house sustained from the chemicals that they had sprayed, but we continued to use their ***************** prevention. Our lawn is now over run with many sorts of weeds, including the extremely invasive clovers so we attempted to close out our remaining service last week. The company is now giving us the run around and is not proceeding with closing out our account. They have even come back to our house and performed another pest application and charged us for that service. I have a very long email chain where my wife and I keep asking for them to close out our account, but they keep saying that a site manager is attempting to call us, which is not true as we have not received a call from them. We feel like we are being held captive by this company, and we just want to move on and work with another company to repair the damage that Your Green Team has done to our lawn.

Apparently, you all are attempting to call my wife's number instead of my number I keep providing to ******. My wife has been in non-stop meetings this entire week which is why I provided my number. I tried to call this afternoon, too, but was told that no one could get in touch with the branch manager and said he will call me back at some point. If a branch manager has to be involved to cancel out an account, then why is it so hard to get in touch with the manager? This is absurd!

This is what you had said prior "After reviewing your account I see you just requested to cancel your account on 7/15/23. It is our company policy to have a manager reach out to a dissatisfied customer before finalizing the cancellation. Why was I charged after we had submitted a cancellation request in writing, especially, as you indicated, that our account would be put on hold and no additional services would be rendered. I would also like to note that we made every possible effort to reach out to you before 7/20, both by email and phone. My emails were met with rude and sarcastic remarks and I got the run around. This is clearly an attempt by your company to milk as much money as possible from us as you can. When we request IN WRITTING that we are cancelling our services effective IMMEDIATELY that means we do not with to have anymore services performed. It is bad enough that we have to spend more money to fix the excessive weeds that have taken over our yard while you were trusted to keep our yard healthy, but you have charged us for additional services after we had cancelled. Your company is nothing short of a SCAM!!!!

    This Company is a fraud! NEVER give them your credit card details.They advertise on ******** and videos saying 50% off for the first month and ****** explained the month runs from the day of service to 30 days until your next service then they will bill you and inbetween if you need extra service its 'Free", there is no such thing. They charged me $26.50 on March 23, 2023 when they came and just laid granular down no spraying, the tech said to call for service in two weeks they will come and spray to complete the service. Well, they came April 14 and sprayed (mind you it was only 21 days not even a month yet and they billed me $53 again! ****** had told me and confirmed by phone and text that the 30 days is from the first service to the next 30 days will be billed after service, Reaching receptionist doesnt help and you can go on ******** they just hop you around and say Tech will call. Messenger text they say Tech will not call as he does not schedule service and that my next service will be in May (ofcourse cause they want to bill me again!), What happened to the 'Free" follow up promised?? They are thieves whoever is managing this, its not the techs fault nor the workers they are doing their job but why does sales lie to you? Receptionist said she sent me an email with everything explained, I got no such email, I sent her a screen shot of the emails received by everyone during the time she said she sent it, I told her I was tired of this back and forth and to cancel services right away and she told me she will be charging me the half month since I did not stay for 120 days as in the agreement??? What agreement, she never sent anything except for sales ******************* taking my credit card info over the phone! And just granular laid down and one spraying and charging me $26.50 + $53 and is going to charge me another $26.50? Do NOT trust them, They do not want to resolve the issue.     We service between 21 to 30 days. when you first sign up we try to get out as soon as possible to provide you with treatment. I have attached the service summary from March so you can see we did provide more than just granular. After your first service we try to get you scheduled with people in your area.     ****** spoke to me on the phone and confirmed by ******** messenger text below as I specifically asked him how the 30 days worked as our first treatment was

    March 24th and I messaged him to call me which he did.

    He confirmed to me service is once a month and they will only take the payment after they do the treatment and it will be done same time as previous month thereby the

    30 day period.  And also said any follow up treatments that I need will be free.    They are lying about the 21 day billing, You can't bill in 21 days if you are on a monthly spray.

     I never received even a Welcome email from them, nothing until I asked on messenger after they billed me $53 for another month when only ***** days had gone by and I only got a granular spread on my lawn, the guys did NOT spray which they told us to call in two weeks thats why I called ****** to clarify that I wasnt going to be billed if they came to spray since that was owed to me in the 50% off that I initially paid $26.50.  They came to spray on April 14th which was supposed to have been done for that period and charged me $53!!   I called them and sent message through ******** messenger and was being shoved around in circles and the Receptionist just said it was my April bill so I told her how April billing when this treatment of spraying is my first treatment included in the $26.50 offered 50% off.??  She started a whole thing saying oh I sent you information and if you didnt read it thats on me and says billing ***** days, ummmm excuse me but No, nothing was emailed to me not even a Welcome customer email usually companies send you.   I sent her my computer screen showing all the emails received as she gave me the date as March 15th, they delayed in coming to me saying their truck broke down etc, thats not my fault, the message clearly told me that from the day of service it will be same time next month and after service they will charge my card.

Clarifying as we had our first treatment yesterday March 23, 2023 so our payment is good for 30/31 days correct and so the next bill would be April 23 or 24 th correct which would be good till May 23?

    They just put granular down and we are supposed to call in two weeks they said they will spray, so we are within the 31 day period so no charge right? Want to make sure and thanks"

    Not only did they take my $26.50 for the promotion they had which is fine but only put granular and owed me the spraying and when they did the spraying I was only ***** days in and they charged $53 on my card for that which was supposed to have been done with the granular.

    Now I see that they have taken money out of my credit card again on April 28th, 2023 of another $26.50 and when asked they say oh if you cancel before 120 days than we take the full payment and you were informed in the email, ummmm which email, the email you never sent me?? Lies to cover themselves, 

    so all I got was one treatment of granular and spraying and they stole $106 for it!   I want my money back and asking for compensation too now, been harrased with lying emails and being pushed from messenger to office and back to them, I am 70 yrs 6 months old with a brain anuerysm, high blood pressure, disability with oesteoarthritis and autoimmune disease and this is the way they treat a senior aging customer, shame on them, they are thieves!  And most of all, customers beware, DO NOT give them your credit card!

    You received the confirmation email on 3/15/24. Your first payment was not deducted until 3/24/23, the day after your first service was provided. We never stated we bill every 21 days. We bill once a month. You will never be serviced/billed more than 12 times a year. Full service was provided on your initial visit, as I attached your after service email with the technician's notes to our previous response. The service call that was placed was  specifically to go back out and treat weeds. As stated before we service between ***** days. We could never guarantee that your service would specifically be exactly 30 days from each visit. Our system is not designed to route this way, and we also consider any restricting weather and holidays. This is simply not something we can accommodate, and our representatives would never say we could.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    I was sold this service March 15, 2023 and was confirmed by ****** that 30day period of billing is around same time of month after service provided.

    They delayed coming until 23 March saying their truck broke down. 
    When they did come on 23. March they only put granular and told us to call in 2 weeks for spraying which was included in the service but they did not spray.

    We contacted them through ******** and they said they were arranging it, after a week waiting contacting them again was given run around and then they came on April 14 to just spray which was the part supposed to have been done March 23 AND then they billed us $53. This spraying was for the March treatment not done as ****** explained to me on phone and in writing through ******** messenger, I was told clearly and in writing, confirmation my month starts from the day of service to 30 days and inbetween if service needed would be Free with a smiley face he put in his message! Ha, they billed me $26.50 when I joined them March 15 but service provided was March 23 but only half service granular no spray and I double checked with ****** that they have just put granular and will come to spray and confirming no charge as I am still under ***** days and he confirmed! 
    As for them saying everything was in the email ****** said she sent March 15, I sent her screenshot of my computer emails, nothing was sent to me not even welcome email. When I signed the form sent to me through messenger it said I would receive an email with information and how service would work but received nothing as you can also see from attachment of my computer screen no email from them March 15 or after. Lies all lies! 

    I was sold a service and confirmed by ****** who ****** says he is the salesman and thats whats expected of service, they technically did one service granular and the spraying which was not done they came to do granular, But charged me full price and now recently charged me again another $26.50 on April 28 after I have already cancelled service with them and I paid $26.50 March 15th the first month as they offered half price off one month. 
    So for a granular and spray treatment first month I paid  is $26.50 offered and they have taken another $53+$26.50=$79 EXTRA and they have not done any other treatments not even follow *** as advertised, so I am disputing the $79 and want a refund as you can clearly see this is unfair! 

    Scamming people, Bad people, Bad Company!
